The apartments are not bad. Clean, well-groomed. The only minutes on the upper floors does not catch WI-FI. Also during this time there was no change of linen and addition of toiletries. If you are traveling with a large group it is fine. It has its own kitchen, for us it was important because we traveled with 3 children.
