Hello. We were here from 25 to 31 July. Beautiful hotel, first line, well-groomed large area. Tour operator TPG. Flights, transfers, escorts - everything is fine, they tried to please and help. We arrived just in time for check-in. The staff at the reception is excellent, they immediately found a common language, attentive, responsive, well-mannered. The room was good, with a sea view. Noise isolation so-so. The room was waiting for a compliment in the form of wine and fruit. Very clean and comfortable, excellent lighting. Such a homely, pleasant atmosphere, there is a great atmosphere. Huge bed, sofa, armchair, TV, air conditioning, wardrobe, safe, mini-bar, kettle. The balcony is small. Bathroom with all amenities, clean towels. Cleaning daily. No service claims. The employees are very good at what they do, kind and helpful. We ate full board at the hotel. We had breakfast at the Aquaria Hotel. Very tasty, cheeses, pastries, fruits, eggs and more. Always fresh, delicious coffee. Impeccable service. Lunch was held on the Nautica terrace. For lunch, soup, various grilled meat or fish, and side dishes were served. , vegetables fruits. We had dinner at the Celeste restaurant, excellent variety, dishes for every taste. Never been hungry. Huge thanks to the chefs! ! The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, a lot of greenery, a recreation area, swimming pools, a spa center. There are shops nearby, a taxi ride to the center takes about 10 minutes. The beach is quite clean and large, there are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. The entrance to the sea is gentle, the water is clean. Pogaa turned out to be windless and warm, they tanned very well and had plenty of swimming. Naturally, the hotel also has disadvantages, but they are not so significant for me. Delicious food, cleanliness and excellent service completely make up for the cons.
