Family vacation, 3 people - 2 adults and a child 7 years old. We chose this hotel because the key wish for us was the location of the hotel within walking distance from the sea.

Check-in went smoothly, although we had to hang out at the counter for an hour while waiting for check-in. But as the administrator said, our room is still being cleaned. We asked if we could have lunch before check-in, received confirmation that yes, we can, left our things in the lobby and went for lunch.

Definitely liked the location of the hotel - the sea is close by, really a minute walk to the beach. Beach with fine dark sand (they say volcanic), clean. Umbrellas and sun loungers are paid - 2.5 euros per item per day. But you can sunbathe nearby if you take a beach blanket with you. It's as you wish - no one will say a word to you. The water is clear, the sea is beautiful.

In general, the location of the hotel is very convenient - you can take a walk to the city (in any direction), visit the Embankment, go to the zoo, go shopping, again, a large Papas supermarket is a five-minute walk away, there is a 30 bus stop and a lot of delicious establishments not far from the hotel catering.

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Everyone greets you, smiles at you - it feels like I'm not here for the first time, but I came to old friends. Very nice people! Although who knows - maybe it's because I myself was on the positive and all the time I enjoyed being on a beautiful island : -)

Each room has either a balcony or a terrace - cool! I liked the eucalyptus trees on the way to the beach - their aroma is indescribably beautiful.
The hotel has delicious food in sufficient quantities (who criticized this diet - I don’t know what you expected from a 3 * hotel and what you used to eat) For this category of hotel, everything was fine, except perhaps for coffee from a vending machine. There are dishes/products that can be found on the menu every day, but something new is added daily for lunch and dinner - something that was not there yesterday. There was enough of everything - a lot of vegetables, herbs, meat and fish in several variations, fruits, olives of several varieties, local cheese, various salads. There were squid rings and a salad with shrimp, which is even strange for a "troika".

Our family had no complaints about food at all. We took full board, as we were resting with a child, but it would be more interesting for adults to take breakfast and dinner. And for lunch you could eat in local restaurants - I like the cuisine in Cyprus. In the hotel, lunch and dinner could be interchanged, and people did this when they left on excursions.
And yes, even though we had the FB type of food, we still went to restaurants because of the desire to plunge into the culinary traditions of the country.

And drinks for lunch and dinner were not included, although this did not cause us any particular inconvenience. Water was bought in a supermarket in packs of 6x1.5 liters. Three of these packs were enough for 10 days for the three of us, in terms of money, the total amount is 6 euros. We were without bracelets, in this hotel they were worn only by those who had "all inclusive".

I liked that the room in which we were settled is spacious and freshly renovated, everything is new! Cleaning every day, towels are changed every three days. The room had a mini-fridge and a small safe, all at no extra charge. Surprisingly, our tip, which we left for the maid the next morning, was ignored. They came from the beach - the bed was neatly remade, everything was clean, and the money was still on the bed. I don't know the reason.

Disadvantages of the hotel: at least on the one hand and the sea, on the other - a noisy street.
So if the windows overlook it - then fuck your rest, guys. The road does not stop for a minute and at night the locals like to drive around the city on sports bikes, all the special effects are included. Soundproofing in the hotel leaves much to be desired - this is perhaps the only significant minus.

Another minus is connected with the mentality of some vacationers - I mean the habit of taking a sun lounger by the pool in the morning, hanging it with your shorts or a towel, but appearing there, for example, in the late afternoon. Or dive into the pool next to the "No diving" sign. Or jumping into the pool sweaty, ignoring the sign asking you to pre-rinse in the shower. Or rake at breakfast with a dozen oranges and a manual juicer brought from home to squeeze the juice for your children. Or pile mountains of food on your plates at the hotel restaurant, eat up and quit. It's all fu, that's the truth.
In conclusion, I will say that this hotel feels quite drawn to the "four".
