About 75-80% are Russian speakers. Most of the hotel staff speaks or at least understands Russian. The territory of the hotel is compact, which, given the competent layout, is rather a plus. There is no more than 20 meters between the pool and the sea, so it makes no sense to take sunbeds by the pool and on the beach at the same time. As a result, there is never a shortage of sunbeds and umbrellas. The sandy beach is quite clean. The descent into the sea is optimally gentle and suitable for both adults and children. The beach is protected on both sides by breakwaters, the sea is very calm, warm and clear until 15:00. The pool has a convenient configuration and a depth of 0.5 to 3.5 meters. The water in it is always very warm. The food is beyond praise. Breakfast was never missed. For lunch and dinner every day the chefs surprised us with new dishes. The service at the hotel is excellent, all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. 3-4 times a week entertainment program. We took the "All inclusive" and did not regret it. All drinks are of high quality, the wine list is very diverse. The location of the hotel is good, and not in the city center and not quite on the outskirts. There are many restaurants, shops, nightclubs and discos nearby. Although the hotel is located away from the road, but still for those traveling with children, the recommendation is to take rooms with sea views, as they are quieter. Although with the balcony door closed and the air conditioner turned on, the rumble from the street is practically inaudible even in the rooms with mountain views. Now for the only downside, which is mentioned in other reviews: the rooms of the hotel are undoubtedly in need of cosmetic repairs. That is, it is 5 *, as they were understood 15 years ago, which creates an atmosphere on the verge between vintage and old-fashioned. The furniture is slightly shabby. At first it seems that the hotel management lives on the principle that since major repairs are coming soon, so why do we need a cosmetic. But after looking closely, you understand that they are trying to make cosmetic repairs, but they just can’t do it: the furniture upholstery is darned with a stapler, chips on natural wood are smeared with dark gray paint, the walls are just as clumsily smeared and tinted in places, etc. But all these You stop noticing shortcomings already on the second day, since in general the hotel creates a feeling of home comfort and coziness, the territory is very clean and well-groomed, but we didn’t spend much time in the room. In general, we, in general, liked everything. The hotel is very good and well worth the price. Recommended.
