We came to the hotel as a family, me with my husband and two children. Unpleasantly rude staff met us very badly and we were not welcome. We had to wait 2 hours to check in. We arrived at 14.00, but the room was not ready. The children are small, the eldest daughter is 4 years old, and the youngest is 2. As a result, with grief in half, we were finally settled in a hotel. The hotel is very autumn old! Dirt inside! Nothing to take on! For the sake of appearance, they are removed from above to deliver only dirt throughout the room and that's it. The worst thing is that the children were bitten by bedbugs at night!
