This tour was booked in TEZ TOUR. The travel agency assured that it was 4 ****, how wonderful it is and there is not a single negative review. The contract states that the hotel is a four with an all-inclusive system. Upon arrival at the hotel itself, we found out that this is a 3 *** and is wholly owned by the TUI travel agency, therefore, only Russians rest in it.
1. ROOM - the furniture is new, everything looks very neat, but there are not even partitions in the bathroom, in the corner of the floor there is a hole opposite the toilet bowl and the sink, after taking a shower the entire bathroom is flooded with water. A photo of this beautiful soul is also attached. The refrigerator was locked as well as the safe, all this for an additional fee, a hair dryer, by the way, too. It is in the hotel, allegedly, four and all inclusive!! ! There were no glasses, no kettle, no water in the room. Two beds were moved side by side, it is simply impossible for a couple to sleep together, she constantly moved apart. Pillows are a separate issue! It feels like they haven't been changed since the hotel was built. All of the large spools, incomprehensible shape, the second one was practically without filler at all. The air conditioner hung in front of the bed, it was cold and windy. Warm blankets are not provided in the room. Were cleaned mediocre even for a triple. They wiped dry the floor in the bathroom, made the beds. Linen and towels were not changed often. No noise isolation, you can hear everything!
2. TERRITORY. Remodeled pool but clean. It was very slippery to walk around, as there was a bar opposite, which served alcoholic cocktails at strictly defined hours, after 22:00 all drinks became paid, I repeat on the all-inclusive system.
3. STAFF AT THE RECEPTION. Absolutely not responsive staff, for any help or question, or rolling their eyes, they left the answer.
4. FOOD, RESTAURANT. At lunchtime and for dinner, queues lined up in front of the entrance. Unfortunately, there is no photo of food, since a huge number of vacationers were clogged, there was no crowding and there was no huge variety, as they say in previous reviews! Small selection of side dishes, meats and vegetables. Poor breakfasts. Chemical juices and water. In the morning, not very pleasant smells of food came from the kitchen.
