Rested with a friend in "Crystal Springs" from June 5 to June 15.2013. These ten days turned out to be just a fairy tale: excellent service, friendliness and smiling staff, interior (no frills, but tasteful), varied and tasty food, large pool (depth from 90 cm to 235 cm), a sand and pebble beach with a convenient entrance to the sea, a magnificent garden with terraces, on which there are many free sunbeds with comfortable mattresses and bamboo umbrellas. Drinking water could be taken from the bar on the beach for free, beach towels - for free. There is a souvenir shop on site where you can buy some food and drinks. Shops with a wider selection of goods - across the street from the hotel. The hotel area is quite large and well-groomed: the terraces are covered with grass, which springs like a carpet, luxurious flowering bushes and trees, palm trees, cacti, bamboo. The air temperature felt to be somewhere around + 25-27, a refreshing light breeze was blowing all the time, the water in the sea was somewhat cool, but almost everyone swam, even children, in the pool the water warmed up to a very comfortable temperature by lunchtime. Tours are not cheap. For example, a Grand Island Tour for the whole day with lunch, a visit to a monastery in the mountains, a private winery with tasting, etc. - 75 euros. Special entertainment in the hotel was not: animation in the bar in the evenings. Parties and noisy nightlife - this is in Ayia Napa, you can get there by bus. Shops, supermarkets - in Protaras or Paralimni (10-15 minutes by bus, ticket 1 euro).
The hotel has a special attitude towards children, many families with children. For kids - a separate pool. Yes, the staff mostly speaks English, but there won't be any problems even if your English leaves much to be desired. Guides for Russians - all Russian speakers.
We rested on the breakfast-dinner system. It was enough for us, two adult ladies, to eat some fruit on the beach instead of lunch, as breakfasts and dinners were plentiful (it was hard to resist such a variety of goodies). Once we had lunch at a fish restaurant near the hotel, but dinner after such a dinner was clearly superfluous. With a breakfast-dinner food system, drinks (even coffee) at dinner are paid, the order is written down and you need to pay at the reception upon departure.

We really enjoyed our stay at Crystal Springs, it was so comfortable, pleasant and delicious that we didn’t want to leave.
