Upon arrival at the room, the lamp in the room did not burn (they did not change it), then after 4 days the lamp in the bathroom burned out, they changed it on the last day before leaving the hotel. We had to wash and clean the room ourselves. breakfast and dinner always started late, the manager himself was at the distribution. At the reception, they don’t speak Russian and don’t want to understand, despite the fact that tourists only from Russia have a rest))) Well, everything like that. Two years ago we rested in 3 * everything corresponded, here I think 2 * or even less. Regarding this apartment, I don’t agree, the service should be because it’s stated that 3 * staying in these apartments is annoying (almost everyone who had a rest during this period), I don’t agree with the price and quality, I would advise you to pay extra and relax in another hotel, the attitude of the staff and the manager does not have a positive rest, except for the Russians, no one rests in the hotel. The impression is that no money is invested in the hotel at all. And the description of the hotel on the sites needs to be changed a lot does not match.
