I chose the hotel for a long time, scrupulously and bought into the rating "5.0" and the photo stopped at BLUE IVY.

We booked a room with direct sea view. Upon check-in, we were the only ones given a room on the ground floor, which, of course, did not please us anymore, all our requests to change the floor were not heard. When we entered the room there was a strong smell of sewage, and the view was on a wasteland behind the hotel. Naturally, without sorting things out, we returned to the reception with the question: "Where is our paid direct sea view? ". At the same time, the employees behaved extremely ugly - they began to convince us that this particular number was right for us.

Naturally, a conflict arose, to which we were asked to wait for the manager, who would come in half an hour and would resolve the issue. At the same time, the reception staff, apparently thinking that we do not understand English, because communicated with us in Russian, began to giggle at us leafing through our documents and saying among themselves that, of course, we were assigned a different number. It was extremely unpleasant.
The manager Marina appeared half an hour later and after looking at the documents, she began to convince us that it was the hotel’s fault that we had booked the wrong room, no, but Tez Tur was to blame, who allegedly sent incorrect information, while showing us papers where it was clearly written " sea ​ ​ view". . . Yes, and the smell in the room, according to her, is due to the fact that they just cleaned the sewer. . .
As a result, after an hour of bickering, we were settled in a superior room, all on the same ground floor, but with a sea view. I told the guide this situation in order to find out who is to blame, he said that the hotel, of course, never admits guilt because of fear of bad reviews and that not everyone goes to figure it out, some silently swallow and live where they settled ! Awesome!
In general, the hotel itself is good. From time to time there was a strong smell of sewage in the bathroom, which the staff eliminated after contacting the reception.
I didn’t particularly like the food, there was practically no variety and choice, it was delicious too. And the breakfasts were like a blueprint (in fact, it was the worst buffet I've ever seen, and I've seen quite a few of them).
The restaurant staff is very unfriendly, angry, except for the head waiter - an elderly thin man with glasses. He was very sweet and talkative.
There was no animation, which for some reason was indicated on the site in the description of the hotel!
Everything else about the hotel was good.
And about the pleasant. The sea near the hotel: magnificent! Wonderful! Pure! Transparent! Warm! Calm! With a flat sandy bottom! The best sea, in my opinion.
