The rest was hopelessly spoiled by the attitude of the reception staff (who personally didn’t get kicked out), who independently decided to deprive us, who bought a luxury ticket, of the promised comfortable room, for the sake of customers who arrived on a regular ticket, and without any justification for this. No one apologized to us, and despite persistent requests, we were not given the opportunity to meet with the management in person. We do not recommend this hotel, its attitude towards customers smells extremely bad.
