We liked how the treatment plan was drawn up, everything was done in the first half of the day and therefore we could take long walks in the afternoon.

We enjoyed the week we spent at your hotel very much! Upon arrival, we were received by the doctor Tatiana Bocharova, professionally, confidently and competently. We liked how the treatment plan was drawn up, everything was done in the first half of the day and therefore we could take long walks in the afternoon. The staff is polite and ready to help at any moment. Thanks to all the staff for providing comfort and coziness! We will come back with great pleasure!

We went to the Venus Hotel for the weekend to get to know the city and take a break from a hard week. These two days are very memorable. The city is beautiful, calm and free from Syrians and similar refugees. It was very pleasing. The hotel justifies its 4 stars, except for breakfast. We only had breakfast included.

We went to the Venus Hotel for the weekend to get to know the city and take a break from a hard week.
These two days are very memorable. The city is beautiful, calm and free from Syrians and similar refugees. It was very pleasing. The hotel justifies its 4 stars, except for breakfast. We only had breakfast included. were already far from fresh, even gave the taste to the missing. As for the staff, they are mostly friendly. When my husband asked the young girl at the reception, "Is breakfast included in the price? "
Unfortunately, she asked 3 times what was included? She didn’t understand what breakfast was. We said goodbye and went to breakfast.
As for the procedures, the massage, for example, leaves much to be desired. It cost 500 kroons, i. e. 20 €. But my husband can also stroke me. Apart from stroking, nothing happened in 30 minutes. By the way, the receptionist said that this was Oleg, an experienced massage therapist.
You can talk for a long time....But I described the approximate impression to you.
Once again, I repeat that the city fascinated me.

Beautiful city, mild climate. Beautiful nature. The hotel is very good (because of the staff). Treatment at the hotel, the staff is attentive. We once left a bag with money in the lobby, it was returned to us safely. The springs are very close. Beauty salons are nearby. Haircut 30 euros, manicure 10 euros.

You can not go shopping in the German city of Weiden, who needs high-class things. The Dresden Gallery is superb. Bamberg is a fabulous city, but if you have weak legs, it's better not to go (a lot of walking, hills, stairs).
