If something does not suit someone, then at an intermediate appointment you can tell the doctor and he will cancel and prescribe something else. You need to come to the procedures 5 minutes before they start, if the guest is late, then the procedure time can be reduced or completely refused.

On Saturday, the restaurant opens at 6 am, you can come to drink coffee and tea and have a light snack before the tour or for those who have an early departure.

1. Lack of coolers on the floors. There are no electric kettles in standard and superior rooms, not everyone will drag one with them, and kettles are prohibited. In the evening or early in the morning, drinking tea or just warm boiling water is a problem.
2. There is no clear regulation on the duration of procedures. The staff drives as they want - today the massage of the collar zone lasts 10 minutes, tomorrow 15. And no one really knows how much is allotted.
3. I understand that the FB concept does not include free drinks at dinner and lunch, but can at least ordinary water, without gas, be included in the free package? 4. Restaurant: I liked Opera, but there are few dietary dishes on the menu, there is no indication of the number of tables that the doctor recommends. The dishes are mainly Czech cuisine, there are no Russian dishes.
Feature of the restaurant "Opera" is "SHOW KITCHEN". Choose a delicacy from the menu and the chefs will prepare it right in front of you. (this has never been suggested).

6. Cleaning and maintenance: the towels were quickly asked to put more, they put it once in two weeks.
