I will begin to describe my impression with the text of the official claim of the organizer (TO "Katrin-Tour" and TC "Alliance")
please read my impressions about the organization of the tour "Czech Carousel" 28.04. 07
1. Transport:
- the bus as a means of transportation did not cause any complaints and the drivers are professionals - well done;
- the actual movement - is organized unsatisfactorily, namely
- moving without rest for more than 12 hours (from Kyiv to Krakow - 20 hours, from Kutna Hora to Kyiv - 26 hours) which is a violation of ALL (both Ukrainian and European) transportation rules;
- in Krakow - a comfortable quiet hotel, pleasant service,
- in Prague - the hotel left a bad impression (refrigerator, bar are completely absent, the lighting in the room is poor, the small size of the double room does not meet the standards, the terrace overlooks the utility yard with a garbage bin, the breakfast buffet is completely without hot dishes, the assortment is on didn’t change for four days, the service was extremely unsatisfactory - I had to express dissatisfaction with the serving staff for the lack of a full range of dishes and utensils - no reaction) the location of the hotel is extremely inconvenient - two modes of transport in the evening for at least an hour, the impressions of the hotel in Prague are DISGUSTING! !!!!!
3. The guide is a competent correct guide in dealing with a group, in dealing with individual tourists through neglect.
4. Team leader -
- attitude towards tourists is distanced,
- incomprehensible actions for organizing excursions:
- my wife and I were 4 minutes late for the departure from the hotel in the morning on the excursion day - the bus left the extremely inconveniently located hotel to the starting point of a new excursion for us without us,
- every new day was a secret for us, incomplete information and messages about the course of the upcoming excursions, the time of their conduct, the place of the beginning and end of the excursions (maybe this is the responsibility of the guide), but the fact is that it affected the waste of tourists' time.
5. General shortcomings of the tour organization:
- Kryzhikovy fountains are an interesting sight, but not so much as to impose their viewing on the whole group on the way back from Karlovy Vary - otherwise, wait on the bus, and given that we returned from Karlovy Vary to Prague at 19.30 (the sun only set at 20.15) my expectation (and not only I was the only one) in the bus and around it for 1.5 hours has become a very big stone in your garden of organizing tours.
6. The cancellation of the excursion to the Czech Steinberg castle planned in the program, which occurred for reasons beyond the control of the group, the leader and the guide, allows me to ask to consider the issue of returning a certain amount of money (on the basis of clause 4.1. Dog. 74 of 03/27/07)
Suggestions for changing the quality of the tour:
1. Organize a mixed movement of the group, for example, Kyiv-Pshemysl by train, from Przemysl through Poland and the Czech Republic by bus, from Przemysl return to Kyiv also by train (I went to Hungary through Chop - very interesting, convenient and pleasant), especially since when crossing the border by train takes no more than 3 hours, and by bus much longer (there we went through customs 7 hours, back 3.5 4 hours);
2Choose hotels in areas no more than 30 minutes by public transport from the center, taking into account the interval of traffic on weekends, holidays and evening hours (there is a choice);
3. To acquaint tourists in detail with the excursion program the next day the day before, indicating the places of beginning, holding and ending and the time of the excursions, as well as the features of excursions regarding tourists in general and this group in particular;
4. Organize a night tour of Prague with the provision of "own" transport.
I hope my wishes will increase the beauty of the Czech Republic with your actions.
Were it not for the charm of Prague, the Jan Becher factory and the quality of Czech beer, I would consider my wife and I's stay on this tour a waste of time and a significant waste of my money.
Once again, I ask you to reconsider the organization of the tour, and inform me about the decision on the issue of a refund for an unscheduled tour.

I sent such a letter to the office of the tour operator "Katrin-Tour", after a while Igor called me and said that I could be compensated for 40 UAH (for an unguided tour - with a total cost of the tour of 285 Euros, please note, twice as expensive as on ordinary days) . Moreover, it was proposed to pick up my 40 UAH at the TO office at a time when it was convenient for the director (name is Ilona), when I came to them 20 days later with a preliminary call to the manager about my arrival, the director saw me and refused to pay me 80 UAH for two tours, motivating that she has no money, you need to order at the bank and rudely advised to come in a year)))
