The hotel is located outside the city, which is very inconvenient for visiting springs with healing water. Sobstenno speaking, for the sake of this and prehali. We came to rest, paid money and we are interested in the service and the FRIENDLY attitude of the staff. In my opinion, the word WELCOME is foreign to the local staff, including the hotel management. Feel the negativity at every turn. Our son is studying in Prague. He speaks Czech, which the staff did not know about. Of course, the attitude of lackeys cannot offend. . . But there are lackeys, and there are staff.... That's the difference. . . IN THIS HOTEL THE LAWNERS HAVE GONE. . .
