The measures were normal, corresponding to 3 ***, in the bathroom we caught MOCRITZ daily, towels were changed only 1 time in 8 nights, with food in general "PIPE", although in PRAGUE there are NO problems to eat!!! ! Breakfast starts at 7-30 , and at 7-45 there is nothing !! ! And yet, in the corridor the floor is tiled, if a crazy aunt arrived in PRAGUE in high heels, then you can hear her already on the Old Town Square. … More ▾ The measures were normal, corresponding to 3 ***, in the bathroom we caught MOCRITZ daily, towels were changed only 1 time in 8 nights, with food in general "PIPE", although in PRAGUE there are NO problems to eat!!! ! We were in Prague from 02.01. 11 to 09.01. 11. Impressions about the hotel remained quite controversial. During the purchase of the tour, I did not find information about this hotel anywhere, probably in connection with this, most of the dissatisfaction arose....I'll start from the day of arrival:
On 02.01 we arrived normally, we entered the hotel and the first impression was good: a small cozy reception desk, a Russian administrator. BUT during registration it turned out that it was necessary to leave a deposit of 2000 rubles (or the equivalent in another currency), this deposit is a guarantee that we will not smoke in the room (HA! Who will smoke in a room of 3x4 sq. m. ??? ). We go up to the room. It's hot in the room (it's good, it's winter, after all! ), then there were continuous disappointments: dirty, shabby carpet, a broken hair dryer, a non-closing shower door. a cabin, a broken bed frame, the apogee was the lack of Internet and Russian television in the room (and subsequently any television in general). For that, on the table lay daddy with information for the guests:
1. For soiled towels, a fine of 40 euros
2. Change of towels on the 4th day, and bed linen on the 7th! If desired, for 20-30 euros they will do it more often.
3. For the use of electrical appliances (iron, electric kettle) a fine of 100 euros. In return, they offer to iron 1 thing themselves - 20 euros.
And a small P. S. from the hotel administration: for broken things, the administration itself determines the amount of compensation.
On the same evening, we asked to fix the most necessary things: a broken bed and a hair dryer. Hairdryer was given a spare, the bed was not fixed at all.
03.01 Breakfast. Breakfast time from 07-30 to 09-30. We arrive at 08-30. For breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausages, bread, sliced cheese and ham, two types of yogurt and muesli (the bowls with them are open), 2 types of juice and coffee with tea. From this list, you could only eat cheese, scrambled eggs and yogurt, the rest was very inedible, the coffee machine broke down....
In the evening after the tour we return to the hotel and ask: when is the bar open? (I really wanted tea and coffee). The administrator suggests that the bar starts working from 20-00 until the last client. Pleases. The bar set of drinks is not great: tea, coffee, 2 types of bottled beer.
04.01 Breakfast: the coffee machine is not working again. We are not at the hotel all day - the day went well. In the evening, the husband went to drink coffee in a bar, the night porter sat in it and drank with a friend, so he refused to pour coffee....he was busy. . .
05.01 We arrive for breakfast at 09-00. There was one (!!!! ) scrambled egg and one serving of yogurt. I was left hungry, which is probably why I went to complain to the porter. They politely listened to me, and then they said that there was nothing to sleep so late (in general, whoever got up first - that and slippers) !! ! This answer was not enough for me, and I asked to call the manager. This gentleman suggested that there was no point in booking the cheapest hotel in Prague, and then demanding service, although we did not proceed from the lowest price... all the more it was not so.
In the course of a skirmish, this hysterical man threatened to call the police, to which we agreed with great desire, but he did not call her like that, and we already wanted to be tied up, besides, it’s unpleasant to listen to this: “if everything in this hotel were like it would cost more, and you wouldn't be here"
Agree, it’s unpleasant when they tell you such things for your money, especially considerable ones.
The hotel was booked in September. . . rested from 02 to 09 January 2011, as you know, we had a choice, however, there was nowhere to find out about the living conditions in this hotel.
P. S. on this day, we replaced a broken hair dryer, repaired the shower door. cabins and changed towels! It looks like the hands didn't reach the bed....
The remaining days passed without clouds: we began to get up earlier, the hotel administration was polite. On the day of departure, the deposit was returned to us, because. we didn't smoke, didn't get our towels dirty, and generally tried to be as careful as possible.

It was very cozy until the "Russian" staff appeared there, apparently the owner. There were always scheduled carpet cleanings, Czechs were sitting in the bar, and the atmosphere was exactly Prague. However, it is not necessary to list what happened. Today, the hotel is clearly dying: the carpet is just begging for cleaning, the furniture is old, the walls would be nice to be washed. … More ▾ It was very cozy until the "Russian" staff appeared there, apparently the owner. Today, the hotel is clearly dying: the carpet is just begging for cleaning, the furniture is old, the walls would be nice to be washed. Very modest breakfasts, Russian-speaking staff, and guests from the former USSR. In addition to the deposit - 50 euros, there is also an announcement about a rare change of towels, if you want every day - pay extra! The conclusion is better to look for another hotel in the area, thank God, there are many of them.
