We stayed in the magical and fabulous city of Prague for just one night - New Year's Eve and expected a miracle! A miracle happened, we settled in Akcent Hotel. Reminds a little of a Soviet hostel, but quite clean and new furniture. But SAFETY - zero! Since we (with a child) were very tired from the road, we fell asleep in the room on New Year's Eve at 10 pm.

We stayed in the magical and fabulous city of Prague for just one night - New Year's Eve and expected a miracle! A miracle happened, we settled in Akcent Hotel. Reminds a little of a Soviet hostel, but quite clean and new furniture. But SAFETY - zero! Since we (with a child) were very tired from the road, we fell asleep in the room on New Year's Eve at 10 pm. And at 2 am on January 1, we were horrified to find that our room had been opened and our belongings had been stolen. We spent the rest of the night at the police station. Everything probably happens in life, but if the hotel staff tried to do something to help us open the car and solve other problems (the car key was stolen), then the hotel management is firmly convinced that we and all our things (including it turns out jeans) should be kept in a safe, but the fact that they entered the room at night is not their problem. After lengthy negotiations, we were offered to come to their hotel again, they will accommodate us for free! I can only advise all tourists not to stay in this hotel, which has such an attitude to the safety of guests!!!! !
