DISGUSTING HOTEL! ! Just a shame, this is a maximum of 2 *, but oh well, first things first! We rested there from 14.04. 08 to 21.04. 08! From the aisle, the hotel met not very good-naturedly..... the so-called hotel lobby or reception is simply missing! We went through the door and found ourselves as if in the entrance, where the concierge is sitting! We begin to take shape, as a hotel guest, a foreign grandmother, approaches and begins to complain about the lack of paper; according to her, she ended 2 days ago and asks the girl at the reception to give her papers, because she has an “urgent”. The girl did not react to this, but asked to wait until she finished the design! After a cry from her grandmother, the girl handed her 2 rolls after all! We got the keys and went to the room on the 1st floor, BUT the key didn't work! ! They invited some man (it is not clear who he is, either the chief or the supply manager), he began to try it himself, but it really doesn’t fit, but the number on the key is correct ! ! We were offered another room on the 4th floor…. The key came up and I was stunned... the room is not really small... The one on the first floor is just a suite compared to this (we managed to peep the next room)) A request to change the room or fix problems with my key to the room on the first floor was denied! “Everything is busy, if you want, pay extra 120 euros and we will accommodate you on the 6th floor with a veranda! Not interesting. . . In the bathroom, we saw one bar of soap and two probes, which are usually given with fashion magazines, shower gel! For the entire stay at the hotel, we were never informed of any soap, no gel, no shampoo, nothing !! ! Although the cleaning was carried out, but as we noticed, only garbage was thrown out ! ! THE BED IS NOT CHANGED! On the very last day, we found ourselves after cleaning 4 bars of soap, 4 packs of shampoo and 4 packs of gel....Looks like a joke? ? For breakfast: tea, coffee, ham, cheese, pastries, muesli!! ! There is no hot! Before leaving, we were waiting for a transfer on the first floor and saw something....The girl came out of her "booth" and is smoking!! ! The Italians arrived to check in, and she smokes... As we guessed, for some reason they don’t have numbers for everyone and they were offered other options (again, our supply manager intervened or who is he there ?! ). And also there is a redecoration of the elevator zone, noisy and dirty ! ! Full HELLO! This is not my first vacation, I have something to compare! There is no such thing ANYWHERE!! ! This is the most expensive "three rubles", and the service is disgusting! Moreover, after talking with other vacationers, this is not the case in other hotels, they are even better: linen is changed, hot breakfast, and 1.5 times cheaper! Yes, they are a little further from the center, but are you ready to pay 1.5 times more and live in a PIGsty? ? Me not! Good luck with choosing a hotel!
