You can say so - we recommend.
Of the minuses, only one, but important - the rooms do not have air conditioning.
From the restaurant until 3 am - table noise and din.
After 5 am - delivery of products.
And in the narrow cobbled streets, every step, every word is multiplied by an echo.
Well, it was not hot outside and we could close the windows.
And if it's +30+40 outside?
This is a serious minus.
And in all other respects - DAR is a very good hotel.
We did not regret that we chose him.

Been there several times (autumn 2008 and spring 2010). Liked everything. To come again - I really hope. Convenient location (it's really the center, but a quiet street, away from the hubbub of tourists). And what a view from the terrace on the roof (not only during the day, but also at night) From the wishes - spend money on a large and beautiful map and hang it at the reception.

The only negative was the dry ration, which we were given for an early excursion, which began even before breakfast: a bunch of jars of jam-honey with almost no bread and a couple of wilted oranges.

So I advise you to take the dry ration yourself today for tomorrow, there will be more sense. This, perhaps, was the only negative, but you can ignore it, since everything else leaves a very favorable impression.
