6 beautiful moments in Prague
Good afternoon!
I want to express my gratitude to the Accord Tour travel agency and personally to the head of the group Andrey Gulko for really “6 wonderful moments” spent from 12/15/2009 to 12/20/2009 in Prague.
The organization of the tour pleased from the very beginning. Firstly, this is a timely departure on a comfortable bus (I expected to see a bus of a lower class, to be honest) both for a tour of Lviv and a timely departure to the border. Moving across the border was somewhat delayed due to the large number of people wishing to get to Poland. I want to note that at that moment some passengers began to show signs of dissatisfaction, and expressing it not in the direction of the “fast and efficient” work of our native customs, but in the direction of the head of the group. Although in this situation, he did everything in his power. I would also like to say special thanks to our drivers, who during the idle time at the border did not turn off the bus engine, heating the passenger compartment (although many buses in front of us had their engines turned off). During the downtime at the border, we watched interesting films, so the time passed pretty quickly.
I would also like to note that during his stay in the Czech Republic, the head of the group Andrey Gulko proved himself to be a responsible worker and a good organizer. He found an individual approach to each member of the group, made every effort to satisfy every request, solve every question or problem that was addressed to him. And since the group mainly consisted of women, in some situations Andrei showed maximum patience and tact. So, for example, when I personally, having a “girl's memory” and being in a state of euphoria from what I saw, asked for the fourth time about the start time of the evening excursion, I heard a calm answer (it is worth noting that I was not the only one who asked again)). Another situation - in my free time I wanted to have a bite to eat, the girls from the group to visit the shops, and some of them to return to the hotel - and we wanted all this at the same time! Andrey Gulko showed his organizational skills in this situation, as a result of which - I had a delicious lunch at the cafe indicated to me, the girls were taken exactly to the stores they were looking for, and my friend, who could easily get lost in the "three Christmas trees on the square" was personally carried to the metro station. In general, during the tour there were many such small but revealing moments, thanks to which I formed an opinion about the head of the group Andrey Gulko as a high professional in his field.
Some discomfort was caused by insufficient heating of the bus at the end of the tour. Although the bus warmed up before the start of all excursions, the temperature was still somewhat low.
However, I think that both Andrei and our drivers have made every effort to resolve this situation. At a time when everyone was resting after excursions, they tried to repair the bus, contacted the owner of the bus. As far as I know, the car service said that it would take two days to repair the bus. Of course, special thanks to the Accord-tour company and Andrey Gulko for providing the second bus.
In conclusion, I want to say that I really liked the tour, most of the group was satisfied with the trip and I think both they and I will use the services of Accord-tour more than once and prefer tours in which Andrey Gulko will be the leader of the group.
