I went to Germany, I can say forcedly. I had an open multi-visa for a business trip, but the business trip failed, but the visa remained, and according to many experts, an unclosed Schengen visa issued by Germany could cause problems in the future when crossing the Schengen borders. I don't want any problems - let's go : )

The choice fell on Munich because. Vizer flies there, and I didn't want to spend a lot of money on this event. I’ll tell you right away about Vizer - everything is fine, but they fly to Memmingham! The point of arrival is written as Memmingham (Munich West). I thought it was like Kyiv (Borispol). I was assured that it would take 20 minutes to get to Munich by bus. Don't believe it! Memmingem is a small town located 150 km (approximately) from Munich. Buses run, but the schedule is not suitable. the bus left 10 minutes before arrival, and the next one was at 23.45 and it takes people to Munich Central Station - how to get to the hotel, and even if you don’t know the city and German - your problems. My friend met me. I recommend that you are also met by your acquaintances. otherwise, just in my opinion. In addition (another frequent topic with Vizer) my return flight was moved from evening to 6.30 am - I lost a day!! ! travel day off! and now imagine how at 4.30 already be at the airport 150 km from Munich : ) In general, in my case - many thanks to the same friend of mine. In general, we found out - a taxi from memmingham to Munich costs 150 euros - so think about paying for a cheap Vizer and the same amount for moving to Munich or flying directly to the main Munich airport; ) Now next time I will definitely choose the latter, then what was - only because of ignorance.

Now about the hotel - I was pleased : ) 4 * = changed bed linen, beautiful interior, breakfasts like in Europe everywhere - without any special splendor, but everything you need, the staff speaks English, they will always help you with all your requests, they will take care - I they gave medicines, a vase for flowers, dishes in the room and worried if excursions and taxis were needed : ) It is located a few metro stops from the city center, the metro is there at every step - convenient, I definitely recommend the hotel to everyone. And from ttogo that "can be improved" - there is no shampoo (although there is shower gel and hand soap) and no electric kettle.

Now about Munich - a beautiful old city, Marienplatz is impressive, we also watched the English Garden, the Olympic Park, we were in the BMW Museum and in the Pinakotheks (old and new), were at the site of the Oktoberfest and in the Alps : )

In general, I can say that it is better to come to Munich in the summer - a rather green city, I think I did not see the beauty of the parks in full because of the seasonality : )

Shopping for Ukrainians, I think, will be uninteresting - at prices because. in Kyiv somewhere, but the Germans dress very unpretentiously and because of this they bring everything so "weak" to them. If I lived there, I would go shopping in other countries : ) And the Germans don't look that good. I also got the impression that they are all sad and not open for communication - probably a feature of the mentality. Or maybe just an impression : )

And the beer in Bavaria is good : ) But in the Czech Republic I liked it more (I still remember Velvet : ))

In general, I am satisfied with the trip, I recommend everyone to go see the city : )
