We are shocked how it is, such an organization and such an attitude. the police, in turn, explained to the manager that compensation must be from the hotel without fail. STOLEN ALL valuables, phone, money, perfume, purchased alcohol as a gift, clothes. HORROR! and all calm walk and smile. Went to the room using that key. which was thrown to us, it turned out that they had a replaced key (that is, earlier they also climbed into this room and stole) this system is already some kind of theft.
