Walking along the shore, we saw enough garbage and algae from other hotels, even from Melia and Paradisus, which are much more expensive. Our beach was clean and well maintained. The rooms are excellent, in updated standards there is a plasma and a jacuzzi, clean and comfortable. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception, the woman Alla is very friendly, she will always help. Russians are loved and accommodated very well, if necessary, at your request, they are moved to another room. There are only 4 categories of rooms - strandart, honeymoon, diplomatic and platinum. I advise the standard for the interior, because they do not differ from platinum in anything special, only by location. Do not be discouraged if they settle, as it seems to you, far away. Paravoziki walk around the territory, you will reach or take a walk, after a chic feeding it will be useful. Upon arrival, I gained 4 kg)))) The territory is very beautiful, the greenery is just raging, everything is well-groomed, you wake up to the singing of birds, peacocks, parrots, ducks, flamingos, herons live in the hotel. To the right along the beach, near the Carabella Hotel, there are souvenir shops, bargain, discount prices by 2-2.5 times, sell the same thing and at the same prices as in stores, only if you bargain, you will still throw it off. You can also go left along the beach, you will also reach the souvenir shops, but it seemed to me to go longer. Ask for rooms that are located on the left side of the hotel, from the beach to the park, they are renovated, clean, comfortable. The rooms from the park to the right (if you look at the hotel plan) and the entire right side of the hotel around the reception are all old, ask and move, you won't regret it! The staff at the hotel is friendly, smiling, they sing, dance, the atmosphere of the holiday! I liked the guide from Coral Travel - Svetlana. Friendly, she was always at the hotel, she solved all issues, once they forgot a shopping bag on the bus, they already mentally said goodbye to souvenirs and clothes, turned to Svetlana, they found the bag and returned it, it was very pleasant ! ! ! ! If you wish, you can find fault with everything, do not pay attention to the little things. In our room, after the rain, the roof over the jacuzzi was leaking a little, we were not upset.
