The choice of the hotel was, in fact, where there were places for a week before departure from 5 *. They wanted "Majestic" or "Iberostar" but there were no more places there. Here the choice fell on the "Bavaro Princess". We were a family with a child. Selection criteria were beautiful grounds, proximity to the ocean, good food and drink, good rooms and service. Judging by the reviews in this hotel, not everything is as good as we would like. But we still booked this hotel with Platinum service, which we did not regret. The bungalow was next to the ocean, it can be seen from the terrace of the room, early in the morning with a cup of coffee or cognac it was nice to see the waves and hear their noise. The room itself was clean with good but not new furniture, a jacuzzi, a bathroom, everything shone, no complaints. Round-the-clock room service without narikai, the order was carried out within 40 minutes at any time of the day. Room cleaning is normal every day flowers or balloons. The bar was constantly replenished with local and imported drinks. The food is excellent, drinks in imported bars without restrictions, cocktails are also not bad, but I personally do not like. The territory is large, clean, the only thing that caught my eye was slices of bread, and sometimes whole buns that fed fish, birds, turtles and other animals in the natural park of the hotel. There is a Russian woman at the registration desk, she constantly called and asked if there were any problems. Competitions are quite interesting for children, entertaining games, my son liked it, he was waiting for all these fun to begin. The beach is clean but wavy everywhere in Bavaro. The algae was removed and by the arrival of the vacationers there was order, they were thrown ashore a couple of times when it was raining. On the "Platinum" the beach is its own with soft sunbeds, security, a bar closed from other visitors, this is very convenient. The pools are small but you can swim right there, the bar around is plastered with Americans and Canadians, with all the ensuing conclusions, I personally prefer the ocean. When we went on excursions with us there were tourists from other well-known and well-known hotels, I asked them how their hotels like their service. From their words, everywhere there are nuances. Many complained about the language barrier in ours, there are no Russian problems with this, they understand there is a menu in Russian with duplicate inscriptions on information boards. In general, we all liked it, I think we will return there again.
