Air France wrote off the money right away - 137.203 rubles per flight (~ 115.000 + 22.000), including a separate seat for a small one, although he is not yet 2 years old, I know from experience that it’s more expensive to save on my son, Emirates flew to the Maldives in June, also with a separate place - neither the father nor the mother of the child has any problems, unlike the German couple, with a slightly older child ...


Of course it turned out more expensive and longer than out of season, New Year after all! But, I think, with a small one, this is optimal, since my question about the extension of the term, almost all operators baffled. Moreover, they have an excuse - a high, albeit a crisis, season. They don't like to mess around. Then they send information about burning places.
Of course, not all travel companies are like that, for example, there is such a company "Sodis" - professionals work in it, and in the "Travel" Agency (both responded immediately). But, I think, in this case you can order it yourself. Moreover, The savings are significant. They announced the price for the tour, also Air France, at 407.162 rubles, without a separate place for a child...

So the question of accommodation at a hotel at Charles de Gaulle Airport remained unresolved for me - because it was more convenient to fly to Paris in the evening of December 28 at 19.25, then on December 29 at 13.50, already in Punta Cana. I immediately booked the nearest Sheraton for the night (possibly located on the territory of the airport, because I saw it initially on the airport map, then when transferring between terminals from the bus window). However, after receiving conflicting information from Air France employees about what is not needed, then what is needed, an entry visa, the reservation was canceled because there was no visa. The trip took place, we spent the night without any problems (with a small 1 year and 4 months!
, only for me, since I was light, it was cool, but tolerable), like some hung travelers, in terminal 2E, on "lying" chairs. But I got acquainted with the huge airport!

Since the problem of accommodation in a hotel at Charles de Gaulle Airport remained unresolved for me, the question is:

- if someone came across - where and how is it more convenient to stay at Charles de Gaulle airport? There is a Sheraton on the website - at the Charles de Gaulle airport, but do I need a visa to enter France in this case and how to get to it? With the help of buses running around the territory between the terminals?

I thought they were bent, but no, they even managed to make a website, and they offer the Dominican Republic ...They work, apparently ...

Well, it’s true, the specifics of a vacation with a small child (1-4 months) Although we have an experienced traveler, and he was at the sea and sees the ocean a second time, everything is different everywhere, but on the whole it’s safe. I knocked three times, because, anyway, anxiety overwhelms both before and after ...
In general, I really liked it, believe me, there is something to compare with, the reviews here about this hotel are fully justified.
And they didn't regret it. We love to go out from the balcony to the lawn. With the room category Paradise Club, on the first floor of the room, I do not recommend it - the bathroom is on the balcony, and the balcony is on the street for everyone to see.

I recommend if you are not afraid of the scorching sun through the windows and the noise from the pools all day long even rooms in building 1 (from 1105 to ~ 1129, I didn’t study the numbering in the second one) We had an odd one (1111) - there is no noise, the sun is only at sunset, it’s quiet and calm, view of a stylized fence and palm trees with crazy coconut harvesters climbing 15-25 meters high like monkeys in Thailand - a free joke and entertaining show. Air conditioning and curtains hardly used.

In general, at this time of the year, I again became convinced that the Dominican Republic is optimal in terms of t for Europeans in winter. 25-27 degrees with a light breeze from the ocean, this is the most comfortable place to stay. Sri Lanka, Thailand and the Maldives are too hot at this time (31-34).
The Seychelles are good, but you have to get out of popular hotels for the cost of beaches in other bays, and even to other islands, which is great, however, it is also hotter there. This is IMHO based on personal experience.

P. S. Upon arrival and back without any problems, we drove to the hotel by taxi, ahead of the Russian groups both times. $35 there and the same back. They are not in a hurry, they drive carefully, they understand everything and help with our, as usual, a lot of luggage. At the airport, both times, friendly and not rabid porters helped for a couple of dollars.
