I was in this hotel in August. chic hotel. no complaints. beautiful, very tasty, many restaurants, excellent staff, clean rooms, in general, a fairy tale. it has two buildings, a paradise and an arena. in paradise, they rest without children and you can use the entire territory of the hotel, but for those who rest in the arena, there are restrictions. they can NOT enter the territory of paradise and there are a lot of children and people in general. in the pool so generally complete porridge malash. there is one main buffet restaurant, and 7 a la carte restaurants. they must be registered in advance at the reception. All restaurants are delicious and have a great selection. in the restaurant with a buffet there are a couple of waiters who speak Russian a little bit. they recognize you immediately. and in other restaurants no one speaks Russian and the menu is in English. and Spanish. we traveled from tour operator travel. the guide was supposed to be olga, but saw her once. so all by yourself. She apparently was not up to us. sometimes she didn’t come to the meeting, sometimes she was late, in general a disgusting guide, if you can call her there. And so the hotel is a fairy tale from all sides.
