I rested in this hotel for 10 days in October and I want to briefly talk about what I liked and did not like.
Firstly, a huge minus for this hotel for the settlement. Despite check-in at 15.00, the room was not ready until 17.00. It's terrible - you flew 12 hours and have been waiting in the heat since 10 in the morning, when you can take a shower, change clothes and finally start enjoying your vacation, and every 20 minutes they tell you, wait another 20 minutes. At the same time, Valentin, who works at the Russian reception, is an absolutely incompetent employee, if you suddenly don’t like something, he can be rude and raise his voice.
I don’t know why they took so long to clean the room, because when I checked in, I found that the cleaning here was rather mediocre. The bathroom is dirty, the mirrors are stained, dusty. In general, for the entire stay, they were "cleaned" almost every day (if you make the bed and take out the trash, you can consider cleaning).

In general, the number itself is a different story. Old peeling furniture, a toilet bowl that worked once, a TV that didn't work. And initially, many people were given simply terrible numbers, guests came, cursed and changed them for better ones.
The territory is clean, well-groomed, in some parts it is being renovated, but personally it didn’t bother me in any way. Several pools, a bunch of sun loungers, it was not difficult to find a place for yourself.
The beach is clean, except for some algae, but they were removed from time to time. Walking along the coast, you can see that in other hotels this is much worse.
The food is quite tasty and varied (freshly squeezed juices for breakfast, and 3-4 types of fruits during all meals), the service in the restaurant is excellent. The waiters did everything quickly and even after a few days they remembered what exactly I take to drink for lunch and dinner and brought it (the bartenders in the bars on the beach and near the theater also did this), which is insanely nice.
Separate huge plus of this hotel for animation. The guys from morning till night entertained the guests and it was possible to pick up something to your taste. There are a bunch of different competitions and games, and dance lessons, aqua aerobics, step, zumba, mini-golf, mini-bowling, Spanish lessons. Show program and disco in the evenings. I would like to express my deep gratitude to Eddy, Candy, Lauris, Kerlly, Francisco, for their work and powerful energy, without them this vacation would not have been so colorful.
