THE WORST HOTEL IN HISTORY!! ! THEFT IN THE ROOM, NORMAL ACCOMMODATION ONLY FOR A BRIBE, HORRIBLE ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF.
About ACCOMMODATION.
We arrived as newlyweds, as indicated in advance. The first room where we were settled was the size of a matchbox, there were 2 SEPARATE beds, a table and an old TV. The windows overlooked the path, where the hotel staff constantly carries garbage and other rubbish. It was the 1st floor of the first building, number 1107, I think.

Of course, we went to the reception to change it. After long negotiations, it became obvious that we can only get good conditions for a bribe. Turning to the guide (PEGAS), we realized that there would be no help, they just shrugged their hands lazily and said, they say, pay for the best room. This is not a bribe, these are hotel prices. IT IS NOT TRUE. All rooms except "suite" and "ocean view" go as "standard" they have the SAME price, regardless of the area and the availability of repairs. But we only found out about this when we returned to Moscow. So, for a bribe of 350 dollars, we were given a room in the 3rd building on the 3rd floor, number 3314. The large area of the room, about 25 meters, the ceiling is 5 meters, an excellent view of the pool and a piece of the ocean. We agreed even despite the separate beds, we thought, okay, let's move... It was UNREAL to sleep in the room. Due to the ceiling in the room, the acoustics are such that the sofa and bed jump from decibels. Went to change on the 3rd day at 12-30 at night (the music yells, the height of a drunken disco). Again they demanded money from us. But here they were already dying. 3 nights without sleep and a heavy flight did their job and put us in a rather aggressive state. After 40 minutes of squabbling and my sworn promise to knock on all numbers in search of free ones, we finally began to offer options. went to look at the rooms in the 6th building. THIS IS HELL. We looked at rooms on the 1st and 3rd floors. These are dirty, old rooms at the level of boarding houses near Moscow. If you, God forbid, agree to this hotel, when you check in, DO NOT AGREE TO THE 6 BUILDING. EVERYWHERE smells of mold and everything is unbearably old and dirty. Looked at 3 rooms, equally terrible. We returned to the reception and I began to demand the police, after that, they silently gave us the key to room 2214.2nd floor, 2nd building. Finally something decent. A normal room with a shared bed, a flat-screen TV and even a glass for an iPhone. Agreed and settled. And then the most interesting began.
THEFT.
The first thing that caught my eye was the strange arrangement of things in the suitcase and on the shelves, obviously someone had touched it.
A cream for 200 rubles was stolen from our room, which I immediately noticed, maybe, it helps with allergies and I use it all the time. What is most interesting, we saw this cleaning lady, because we returned from the beach to take magazines, greeted her, smiled, I put the cream on the table and we left. Upon his return, he was not there. I went to write a statement to the guest service, the cream was returned after 5 minutes. Someone named Sylvester brought my cream and said that I had lost it, but it was found safely, I insisted that I did not lose it and 4 !! ! they saw a person past me, how and where I put it.
After that, a watch was stolen on the beach, which was never returned. They stayed for a while on the lounger and then safely evaporated.
On the last day, I found that my suitcase was all dug up and the medicines and, sorry for the details, the pads were gone. Apart from this, the decoration was missing. It was the day of departure, the night and the guest service did not work. Calling the police, who do not speak English and most likely to be late for the plane, did not dare....There were guys with us, they were robbed, pulling out $ 300 from a CLOSED SAFE! Also on the last day before departure. The lawlessness and arrogance of the staff in this hotel is simply amazing! Everyone pretends not to speak English, although everyone understands perfectly.
ABOUT EXCURSIONS THAT ARE SOLD ON THE TERRITORY OF THE HOTEL (BY THE POOL)

We bought for a 4th tour to Saona, paid $ 71 each, thought that it was not as risky as taking on the beach, yet the company that works at the hotel. The tour was wonderful, but the guide DID NOT SPEAK Russian, although he should have, and this is not the worst thing. When the tour ended, we got on the bus, drove off and stopped somewhere at a gas station 1.5 hours away from the hotel. We were SURROUNDED BY 4 BIG NEGROUS and STARTED DEMANDING MONEY. Their version was that the money we paid their representative at the hotel did not reach the office, he ran away with them, and they do not intend to work at a loss and if we want to return to the hotel, we must pay at least for the transfer for 100 dollars. I started to run amok, demand the police and so on. After a long showdown and the decision to stand to death, we were returned to the hotel. We didn't pay, but believe me, in a country where the carrying and use of weapons is allowed, discussions next to a gas station in a wasteland with 4 hefty blacks are sooooo unpleasant.
PRO BEACH.
The beach is clean and everything around is very beautiful. They pick it up nicely. BUT not enough sunbeds. If you are attracted to the rest on the sea, and on the eve there was a check-in, getting up at 6-7 in the morning and filling up the sunbeds with clothes and towels is the only way to somehow get a place))
Of the advantages of the hotel....delicious food.
