В отеле персонал ВОРУЕТ!!! The hotel staff is STEALING!!!

If you want to ruin your vacation, this is the place for you.
Rooms. We arrived at night. First we were put in a room with disgusting old furniture, a closet with no shelves and 4 hangers, no chest of drawers or anything else to put things in. The morning began with the reception, where we were kindly offered to pay 20 euros per person per night for a normally renovated room. But after a couple of hours of waiting and negotiations, we got a normal number on the first line without money. Everything would be fine if it weren't for the cockroaches. Slept with the lights on. Ordered disinfection 2 times. Nothing helped. After one such disinfection and our excursion, most of the MONEY in EURO was stolen from us from a CLOSED suitcase. The head of security went through our belongings (probably expecting that we hid the money ourselves) and promised to conduct an investigation. We did not receive any result before our departure, no apologies from the hotel. After what happened already we read a lot of German from and Swiss reviews (we live in Germany) that this Hotel is STEALING!!!!
The restaurant is the only thing I didn't complain about. The staff is just retarded and untrained.

Drinks - all juices from powder, cocktails from these juices. You could only drink wine and beer.
The area is beautiful, lots of animals. For all the time I have not seen these animals fed with normal food - everyone is begging from the guests. But what can they get? Mostly bread.
The beach is divided into a zone for EXCLUSIVE CUSTOMERS (those who paid $20). It's cleaner there, newer sunbeds and zoniks. But no one really cleans a normal beach, all in cigarette butts, drinks are poured into the sand - from this fly. A bunch of algae, for several days we could not swim, the sea was simply covered with algae and rubbish interspersed.
SERVICE - it simply does not exist. We had problems every other day - either the room was not cleaned, or the towels were taken away and not brought. Called, went to the reception - no response. It was possible to wait 2-3 hours for towels in the evening.
But it’s especially fun on weekends, when hundreds of locals come in (the hotel is not full, so they return the cost of food) - noise, dirt, steal everything they see (our acquaintances have flip flops, a T-shirt was pulled off by the pool).
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and I do not understand how you can leave a positive review about it.....
