On the first day, expensive glasses were stolen from the room, after that, gold jewelry from the SAFE!
When they tell you that a safe is the safest place, it's not true! Remember the suitcase with a lock - that's the safest place to store things!
The hotel rooms are not fresh, they clean poorly (towels are dirty, bed linen has never been changed in 14 days) and with and without tips.
The pools are clean, the towels that are given to the pools and the beach are also in a terrible state! Spotted and scorched, ugly.
The food is normal, I liked the A la carte restaurants more, in the general restaurant the food gets boring.
The staff is normal, friendly, but only the manager speaks English, the other three words and that's it! About Ukrainian and Russian we are not talking about her here they do not know!
