While on vacation, we wanted to write a review about the hotel. from the first day we just got high on the atmosphere, staff, food, etc. , etc. But we gathered just now, so point by point:
1. Hotel
We settled in fairly quickly. The room they provided matched the booking so there was no issue with that. The room is clean, everything worked. Although the TV was turned on once during the entire stay) The room was cleaned every day, well and efficiently. A nice bonus: the minibar is free! It is also replenished every other day. But still it's nice)
All valuables were left in the safe, everything remained safe and sound.
The territory of the hotel is well-groomed and clean. Huge amount of green spaces. The water in the pools is constantly checked for purity, samples are taken - they themselves were witnesses. If necessary, the pool is closed and disinfected.
A huge PLUS of this hotel: 18+ That is, there are no children AT ALL. Therefore, the hotel is ideal for newlyweds, companies and all those who decide to take a break from the company of children)
2. Beach
The beach is big and clean. On the beach there are a large number of palm trees and sun loungers under them. Therefore, there are no problems with sun loungers at all, it is not necessary to occupy them. Although we rested during the seaweed season, the beach was cleaned every day. Yes, during the day the ocean washed up algae. But compared to the beaches of the nearest hotels, the beach of our hotel looked clean.
3. Staff
We have never met such wonderful, friendly, cheerful and smiling people anywhere else. And although all the staff constantly wears masks, we saw that they are smiling at us in their eyes)
4. FOOD (highlighted in large print, because this is a particularly important moment on vacation)
We had everything! ) Seafood, meat, fish, fruits, etc. for every taste and variety. We are silent about fresh juices, because they are from local products incredible here. Pineapples are just the bomb! Separately, it is worth trying Peking duck. We have never experienced such a gastronomic pleasure and we strongly recommend trying it.
As strange as it may sound, not all hotels in Punta Cana had such a choice of food. On excursions I met guys from other hotels (not from the RIU network) and they complained about the complete lack of seafood and a limited amount of meat.
Separately, we note for the sweet tooth: the choice of sweets, pastries and cakes will pleasantly surprise. Including a chocolate fountain (white, milk and black).
