Water from the shower on the terrace flows directly to the terrace and further into the room. The menu in restaurants is poor, the choice is very small. Saved only by the service room. But they don't know how to cook fish or meat.
Service... there were three of us... and we constantly had to fight for the third set of towels and for the third mug. As soon as the cleaning of the room, so the mugs are gone. Teaspoons are also not allowed, we were recommended to stir the sugar with a tube for juices!
The hotel does not have a store with the most basic things - toothpaste / brush, sun cream, patches and more. And this despite the fact that in almost all 5 * hotels in which I was, toothbrushes and pastes were in the room.
In the morning, a light breakfast was brought to the room on a tray - coffee, fresh juices and croissants. It would seem - what attention... But in our room for three, breakfast was brought for two. And only after a conversation with the administration, the situation changed.
Yes, the most important thing! There is practically no road to the hotel. Our Russian country people are just relaxing! We went on an excursion, the child swayed to vomiting. We didn't leave the hotel anymore.
And they position themselves as a luxury hotel. I have never seen such misery anywhere else!
