The hotel is relatively new, well maintained and clean. This was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel. It is a pity that we did not know about the moment that the hotel smokes almost everywhere. It is allowed. We are non-smokers ourselves, but you can survive. But we were very surprised that quite a lot of families with children rest here and smoking in front of them, in my opinion, is unacceptable. The beach is good 1 line. Entry into the sea is only from the pontoon about 200 meters. The sea is beautiful. Good reef but with a sharp slope in depth. There is not much variety, but there is still something to see. There is a beach bar. Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel. The speed is sufficient for social networks. There is a paid expressway. On the whole, it pleased us to come to rest and not sit in the hotel for days, but the Internet at hand is always good. Check-in went smoothly, even earlier than expected. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception and in the animation team, and so in general the staff will understand you.
The staff is not enough sometimes rude attitude and chasing tips. This is understandable, the country is probably poorer than ours, and if you have already given a tip, then the service is very good. I think it makes no sense to be stingy and give a couple of dollars and get good service than looking for a hotel with better service but overpaying for the tour itself. There is animation, but we were not interested in general, everything is like everywhere else and not too active. Just what we needed. Came just to enjoy the rest and not hang out. True, we still went on excursions. I have never been to Luxor, but now I have the opportunity to visit this place inexpensively. The architecture is amazing for everyone who has not been to visit, you definitely won’t regret it . . And the fact that the hotel guide will tell stories they say outside the hotel you can’t take excursions is all nonsense insurance is valid throughout the country wherever you are. And we paid when boarding the bus, which is also very convenient.
According to the number that they gave us everything is just fine. The room is large enough, there are rooms overlooking the sea and the pool. We didn’t pay extra for a sea view, but there’s already someone like it) Good quality cleaning, regardless of the tip. Good plumbing and furniture. There is a mini fridge. A bottle of water is provided daily. The bathroom has only liquid soap and gel. The food is below average due to little variety. Ice cream from 13.00 to 17.00. There is practically no seafood. Small selection of fruits. Alcohol is local. Drinks are poured into tiny glasses. A la carte visits per stay once free of charge by appointment. In general, if they expand the choice of food, then it will be possible to put it very well, but so far it’s just good)
