Everything would have been much better if I had known where I was going to go from the beginning. They promised one thing but when they arrived, it turned out to be something completely different. this is not the first time in Egypt and I chose Hurghada for a holiday with a small child. seeing beautiful photos, good reviews, the hotel turned out to be the most rated, of course I bought a ticket with the hope of an easy and wonderful vacation. you have no idea how disappointed I was when we arrived at the place. At first glance, everything seemed beautiful, on the recommendation of the guide, we immediately went to dinner, as we arrived at 9 o'clock in the evening. going down to a place called a restaurant, I saw a catering canteen in which it was terribly dirty. when I saw plastic cups, at first I was shocked, but then I was delighted because the dishes were not washed well there, or rather, they probably didn’t wash them at all, they rinsed them. plates with leftover food, cups and glasses with imprints of lips or lipstick. . . the variety of food was described as very good. I won't look at rice, chicken, and eggs for breakfast for a long time. it was the only edible dish. a couple of times there were french fries and it was a holiday))) there was beef, tasteless vegetables, well, a matter of taste. there is no children's menu, my child is an omnivore but ate almost nothing. saved cookies and milkshakes)). After dinner, we were immediately settled in a room on the first floor with access to the pool. I got the impression that repairs were carried out there 10 years ago in haste, traces of plaster, cracks, dust, rust and mold in the bathroom. . . In general, creepy and far from the photos shown in the description. There were three of us in a double room. the bed is chic and big, even huge. extra bed for a child - a dirty folding chair without bed linen.....three of us slept on a large bed)). a mini bar in the form of juice and water was added every day for two, and every day I said that there were three of us. bed and towels were changed every day which was nice. the hotel area is very small, so small that there is nothing else besides the pool in the center and the beach. we went to the sea and spent almost all the time on the beach. on the first morning, of course, we went to the sea early. what I saw there - a dirty beach, a sea as deep as bones, pebbles....... with tears in our eyes, we went along the pier to look for an entrance to swim. it turned out to be a long walk.... maybe 500 meters. . . and so every time. the water is warm, especially salty. It was worth coming here just for that. the animation is very weak, for children there is practically no entertainment. small playground and children's room. the pool occupies probably half of the entire territory is located in the center. shallow for children, smoothly turning into a depth of 220 m. The smell of bleach is pronounced. according to conversations with many people and vacationers and locals, this hotel is one of the best in that direction, but obviously not 5, rather 3+. in general, I can rate the rest as not bad, the sea is the sun after all. Most importantly, the kid was delighted! I very much doubt that for a vacation with a child at sea, I will choose Egypt again. I cannot recommend this hotel for a good stay.
