The hotel was opened in November 2010, it is clear that much is still being completed.
We arrived in the calm after the revolution, there were no people at all, despite the May holidays (20-30% occupancy), in the morning we didn’t have to get up at 7 in the morning and take sunbeds, there were no queues at the restaurant and at the bar.
On the positive: new spacious rooms. No one was settled with a view of the construction site. The plumbing worked. In general, everything is as usual in a standard hotel. Normal swimming pool with a depth of 2.20m. A very big plus is a free hookah and an American (billiards). Spacious and beautiful lobby bar and live music in the evenings. I liked that this is how you got into the absence of people, in a day you get to know everyone who is resting. The company appears very quickly. There were no cleaning requirements. Minibar changed without problems, including beer (left a couple of dollars every two days).

About the not so good: tourists who are used to the variety of restaurant choices in a good 5-star Turkey will spit here. I don’t have very gourmet requests on vacation, but to be honest, at 3 pm I ordered paid dishes with seafood, because somehow everything was bad with fish, and with meat too. Anything boiled with spices. And so, 2-3 dishes are given and that's it. I liked paid seafood (2 servings of shrimp $17.2 servings of salmon steak $16). There was no choice of fruits. We had cold water in our room. The faucet only gave hot water for a few days. There is no proper spa area. Only a few types of massages in a small room. In the pool area there is sun only until 15:00. Then he goes behind the buildings. Swimming in the sea didn't work either. Still, each time walking half a kilometer to a strange slippery ladder - it turned out to be inconvenient in the heat. Yes, and the sea so frankly I did not like it. As in 90% of hotels in Egypt, the Internet is paid, and not cheap. 7 dollars per hour or $13 per day. But their wifi is good. Another thing that was missing was a full-fledged animation. I don't like to lie down. And the animation was in the person of 2 Romanian girls, one of whom is only engaged in a children's club, and the second, of course, physically cannot conduct many activities in parallel. Therefore, the drive was not enough. There are no special shows in the evening either.
In general, in principle, the rest is normal, if you do not find fault and go with the desire to relax, and not quarrel. If you want to actively hang out, choose hotels closer to the center, in the Sheraton Street area.
A big hello to everyone who stayed with us! ))
