The hotel is located 20 minutes from the airport, but outside of Hurghada. There are no shopping arcades as such, souvenirs are sold at the nearby Festival Hotel.
The hotel is new and it shows. Everything is new, it works, it didn’t leak anywhere, though in the evenings, and even during the day, the electricity was turned off. The hotel is beautiful, made in Egyptian flavor. Elevators always worked, I did not observe any special workload in them. There is a hairdryer in the room (but it's better to bring your own), air conditioning, a free mini-bar, TV with 3 RF channels, an electric kettle with mugs, the brightness of the light was not enough for reading. Cleaning of the rooms daily, within the norm. Towels were changed - if you throw them on the bathroom floor. The attendants are responsive people, but sometimes there were those who did not even try to hide their obvious dissatisfaction with something incomprehensible. The hotel pool is spacious, next to the shower. For small children there is a separate small pool. In the evening, a lot of bleach is thrown into the pool . . I didn’t swim in it - the sea is nearby.
The food is varied and always available, no need to run to the beginning of the meal. For breakfast - croissants, egg dishes, pastries, cheese, sausage, jams. For lunch - fish, chicken, beef, liver (fish was a must, and often chicken and meat, or chicken and liver), side dishes - pasta, potatoes, beans, peas. Soups are so-so, from vegetables, tomatoes and cucumbers, lettuce, peppers. I missed green onions and dill, but I understood that I was in the desert. Dinner is almost the same as lunch. Delicious sweets for lunch and dinner. Wednesdays - Chinese dinner. Prepared by Chinese chefs. Fruits included watermelon, melon, dates, oranges, apples and grapefruits. As for drinks, I can note brewed coffee in the lobby bar and juice-nectars from packages. The rest, such as beer and wine, I did not like. The people took both vodka and rum, but in such a heat one must have excellent health. Ice cream was served at the pool bar at lunchtime. And, of course, hot dogs and french fries on the beach. I haven't tried it, but people actively consumed it.
