We rested here for 2 months.
We had a great rest because for me the main criterion was good weather (we were very lucky with the weather) and the sea, but in general I am very disappointed with the service and the fact that you can’t use the infrastructure of other Albatros hotels.
In other hotels, for example, you can only go until 17 o'clock, and then, in the Palace, for example, they are not allowed at all.
We took off our bracelets and went in, but we still tried to wear a long-sleeve sweater so that the bracelets were not visible.
So, in order. On January 2, we came with the whole family to the Albatros Aqua Vista hotel and on January 16, my husband and daughter flew to St. Petersburg, and I moved to the Beach Albatros hotel with a baby of 1 year and 8 months to be closer to the beach and to use the indoor pool in which the water is as warm as in the bathroom (this is in case there is no warm weather).
We stayed there for a month and a half until February 27, and a total of 2 months - January and February.
We agreed on accommodation and the price with the hotel manager and hoped that we would be able to agree not expensive, but it turned out to be $ 60 per day for AL for one (because a child under 2 years old is free).
The price of the Tez Tour was $69, and the price of a daily reservation on the Internet is only $54 per day, so I think that 60 is expensive, but we were still in St. Petersburg determined that we would stay until the end of February because we have repairs at home
and because we don't like our St. Petersburg winter at all.

In the Palace, the beach is very bad, very shallow, everyone went to us, but they didn’t let anyone on the pier either, a security guard sits there day and night and hangs a poster-entrance only for the Palace.
On the pier they have a swimming pool made of pontoons and comfortable plastic sunbeds.
I also liked the fact that in the Palace there is a children's water park in a warm pool. Strangers are not allowed there (we passed by removing our bracelets).
I liked that absolutely everywhere there are ramps for strollers - walking with a stroller is a pleasure!
Massage.
They don’t know how to do it at all. I’ve been to the spa of all Albatrosses, they just stroke them, and then they beat them and pour a ton of ordinary oil, that’s the whole massage.
Although they offer: medical, shiatsu, etc. , but all types of massage are done in exactly the same way. They ask for $ 50 for a massage and they have the same price written in the booklet. it’s important 3 sessions or 10. If you change your mind, for example, you get sick, it’s very difficult to return the money. video camera (I advise everyone) and said that I would film everything, sue them, and they would pay me for moral damages.

In Aqua Vista, the food was tastier. There are 5 restaurants in Beach, but everything is the same, only in the Mexican it is still very peppery. It was frustrating that there was never porridge for breakfast. they do not respond to comments and requests at all.
Many people asked for porridge for breakfast for children, and many themselves eat it with pleasure, but they never made porridge.
We approached the representatives of Tez Tour more than once, approached the reception desk, but it was all useless, although everyone who has already been in Egypt knows very well how this usually happens. talk for a long time, about 15 minutes each. In general, they depict violent activity and you already begin to believe that they will really solve the problem (any),
but a day passes and everything remains as it was. You come to them again - everything repeats the same thing, other people from the alleged leadership come - again long negotiations, calls, assurances that everything will be fine and again to no avail.
We approached the porridge for 2 weeks and they constantly promised it to us, but they didn’t do it even once in a month and a half. True, after 2 weeks they said that they still couldn’t do it - this should be decided by the owner of the hotel, but he is not there now... Laughter and nothing more.
So, for breakfast, there was only vermicelli soup from dairy - this is brown vermicelli separately cooked until half cooked, washed and added milk. Not tasty. Many took and did not eat... They did not take it anymore.
Sometimes there was cereal like barley in milk. The same undercooked. Not tasty. There was also rice pudding. It is very, very, very sweet and very thick rice porridge. diathesis from so much sweetness. This pudding has always stood untouched. I have never seen it eaten. We also did not have very tasty puffs, like in Aqua Vista. They were always warm there. Such a little salty, puff pastry is very tasty. it was not where all the pastries were, but where they make omelettes, under an iron cap.
In general, in Beach, everyone ate only omelettes, and we went to a store like our Auchan, which is located near the Senzo-Mol hotel and bought instant baby cereals there and my baby ate them with pleasure. Many mothers came up and asked me where we got the Egyptian porridge - I sent everyone to this store
The choice there is large, and the prices are very low. There are also vegetables and fruits in jars, so it makes no sense to take it with you - you can buy everything inexpensively there.
I also did not like that in our hotel there were no uncut vegetables.
In others, all Albatrosses were whole: cucumbers, tomatoes, red, yellow and green bell peppers, lettuce.

For a month and a half of my stay in this hotel, I could compare and draw conclusions, believe me.
The only good thing was that in Bich for breakfast there were prunes, dried apricots and raisins.
I really didn’t like that they smoke everywhere in the restaurant in the open air. It was very hot and I didn’t want to eat inside, they didn’t turn on the fans, it was stuffy, and there is a very large territory outside and people smoke everywhere. Is it really impossible to make a place for non-smokers? There were a lot not satisfied on this score. It is simply impossible to eat with a child, there is nothing to breathe!
The playground in our hotel was on the grass, which was certainly pleasing, only in the evening the lawn was watered there - the hose was left from 16 o'clock until the morning - that if you come there at 17 o'clock, then all your feet will get stuck in the mud.
The slides were broken, but I still defended and they were repaired.
True, we couldn’t ride them, they were very high. We went to the playground in the Palace (having hidden the bracelet). There are slides a meter high and rocking chairs to the great joy of the kids!
We also went to Albatros Garden. This is the best playground - it is big and there are a lot of interesting swings for children (there is a photo here) and 2 slides with a huge bunch of different climbers. True, there is nothing for kids either, but at least there is a swing for kids.
So, in principle, it’s normal with the sites - you can take a walk to another hotel with your bracelet hidden until 5 p. m. in fact, it turned out that this is not so. It was convenient for me to come exactly at 17-30 to the playground in Gaden because from 12-15 the baby slept, then I fed him and we went to the sea, then changed clothes, played a little on the balcony with our favorite cars and we went to the playground - it was already dark and you need to somehow entertain the child - the best thing is to go run on the playground and ride the swing, but they don’t let them in there anymore. We walked through Gaden, that is, before reaching Gaden, you turn right and walk along the shops , and there is a passage to the territory. That's how they made their way, like spies. Every time, merchants got us to buy something.
Rooms.
When we arrived at Aqua Vista, after reading reviews on the Internet, they gave $ 30
and asked to give us a family room, but after standing for an hour they did not receive it.
We were told that we had to pay extra $40 per day for it. Then I wrote in a personal message to these people - how did they manage to get a family room, and it turned out that they just thought that they had a family room - they were told so and they believed .

In Aqua Vista, all rooms are large, not like in Beach Albatros, but even in Vista there is a large room, and there are even more, for example, corner rooms (we lived both there and there, so I know what I'm talking about).
In general, I asked at the reception to put us next to 3 families.

which turned out to be completely wrong.
We were told ok and we were happy to go.
Although we didn’t get a family room, but on the other hand, we flew in with friends and will live together - we don’t have to follow each other to go to the sea together.
In general, it later turned out that we were all settled even in different houses and on different floors!
Since everyone has children, no one changed anything.
Everyone was tired, they unpacked a bunch of suitcases. They laid everything out, and they stayed to live where they settled us.
True, we still changed the room because we had the 3rd building and right in front of our windows there was a booth with animation and 2 huge speakers (the dream of any disco).
It was so noisy that no one could sleep.
We tormented like this for 5 days
and then I asked to be placed in the very last building.
We had a corner room. Huge! Larger than the previous one, the view was to the courtyard, to the desert, but there is a beautiful alley, and the road with cars is VERY far away and the SILENCE is incomparable.
We really liked it, but here the taste and color, as they say.
Someone likes deafening music, a view of the pool and the smell of bleach, and someone is happy with the silence and the view of the flowering alley. By the way, buildings 5 and 6 belong to Aqua Vista, and on Aqua Blue, as someone wrote here.
Although, in fact, the 6th building is already on the territory of Aqua Blue. Some windows overlook an alley with trees and a desert (like ours), while others look out onto an alley with fairy-tale characters and children really like to look at them.

When I was in Aqua Vista, I chose a room in a bungalow on the 1st floor and asked the manager to give it to me. .
I told him that I didn’t need it - I don’t like to live in a large building, it’s very noisy from the music from bars and restaurants, but he told me that it was quiet there (he deceived, because then it turned out that the people who lived there complained about the loud music) and asked to see. I looked, a tiny room on the 3rd floor (even if there is an elevator, it’s not convenient for me with a stroller, the elevator doesn’t always come quickly and they often break down there).
In general, I already said at the reception that I wanted a bungalow and said which one and they put me there, which I never regretted.
I had a huge balcony, a great view, silence (until construction began in the cottage opposite) and close to the warm pool.
I had room number 605. I advise everyone.
Next to the wall there are family rooms. (There is a photo number 604) There is the same room as mine, only 2 rooms and another kitchen in the corner.
There are no refrigerators in the building, but there are in the bungalow.
The mini bar is not replenished and there are no kettles in the rooms.

For example, at the Arabella Azur hotel, the mini bar was replenished every day for free: Pepsi, Sprite, Fanta, tea, coffee, cream, sugar. Tea and crockery were in every room.

I dissolved the porridge for the child and he ate it in the room, and she drank tea herself, it’s more convenient than going somewhere to just take boiling water.
There are also two-story rooms in bungalows, but their balconies are small and not closed, unlike mine. Germans usually settle there. There are small rooms in the buildings, and there are large ones.
I apologize for the photo - my friends were leaving and packing and I asked them for permission to rent their room - that's why there is such a mess - but the main thing is that the room is large, non-standard - one large bed and 2 lorries.

It just killed me and surprised me a lot.
I bought a lot of Egyptian-made creams and various masks. Egyptian creams are not expensive at a price, but with a short shelf life and made from natural ingredients.
I have already bought them and I really liked them. Now I bought them for my girlfriends and relatives at their request.
When the cleaner changed, it seemed to me that there were fewer creams, but I thought that it only seemed to me.
Already when I arrived in St. Petersburg, I found checks from stores where it was written how many pieces I bought, and since I bought a lot, the cleaner thought that I would not notice the loss.

In Aqua Vista it was cooked deliciously.
In Beach, the food was often very salty and even ordinary food was heavily peppered (not in a Mexican restaurant. Here they managed to pepper even the usual mashed potatoes, spinach and soups, not to mention meat and fish!
Apparently the cook is better in Aqua Vista.
Sometimes we went there to eat for breakfast and dinner. Everyone thought that I lived there (I hid Beach's bracelet).
The pastries are not tasty - they all taste the same, only of different shapes, but in Aqua Vista buns and croissants were tastier.
In Beach they were overdried and very oily.
About the service in the restaurant.
Not once during all the time in Beech did they bring me a high chair, although they saw that I was dragging both the child and the high chair.
In Aqua Vista, seeing that I was carrying a baby in one hand and dragging a chair in the other, they almost always helped me.
I didn’t like that in Beach they clean up food very quickly - you bring soup, you go for a salad - you come - there is no soup anymore.
I say, you don’t see that a child is sitting in a stroller, the soup hasn’t even been touched!
And they, and we thought that we were already finishing.

The dishes were washed very poorly. Sometimes there were greasy plates, but the cups always need to be looked at, they are very poorly washed, there are stains from tea and milk on the walls.

I pour tea - the child is sitting in the stroller - I turn around - there is no child in the stroller - my heart almost stopped.

Animation.

The most beautiful at the Palace and Gaden. The landscape is very well thought out, excellent lighting in the evening, walking is a pleasure.
There is not enough space and lighting in Vista, there is not enough lighting in Beech, there is nowhere to walk, pools are on a hill and you have to climb everywhere, the lighting is very dim, it is dangerous to walk along the road, there are a lot of cars on the territory of the hotel and they don’t like to turn on the headlights (for some reason), but when they drive closer, they begin to beep like crazy and this is very unpleasant. The children get scared and shudder.

Horror. No one cares about anything. Contacting Tez Tour is useless. They are only busy extracting money from you on excursions, and if you say that you have already been to Egypt more than once and have seen everything, then they no longer pay any attention to you , and all problems and requests are carefully listened to, they promise to help and then they forget.

After 5 minutes of such rain, it was damaged the electric cable and almost the entire hotel, the territory and the bungalow turned out to be without light. It was very creepy. swaying palm trees.
There was no light all day. I didn’t go to the reception because I hoped they would. It’s very dark in the bathroom. It’s impossible to wash the child. They promised me. To sleep. It’s pitch dark at home! I go back to the reception. I see a senior manager there. Another example of service. A large group of tourists who came to a completely different hotel were brought to Beach and said that they would live here. They screamed, threatened with court and they were all transported to their hotel, where there were supposedly no places at all... They didn't like it, but there was nothing they could do.

When I spoke with the manager who arranged for me in Beach, I immediately asked about the return ticket for the plane to St. Petersburg and about the visa, how long does it last 30 days or 90? The manager said that Tez Tour representatives would buy me a return ticket themselves. Only I will need to approach them 2 weeks before departure, and the visa is valid for 90 days. During our conversation, a representative of Tez Tour was present and confirmed everything. I was very worried and approached a month in advance. that they need a ticket for February 28. They said that they would order it. They called me somewhere. They promised to do everything. I come in 2 days, they did not receive an answer. in front of me, they say that they already found out and there are no tickets for February 16. I say why for 18? I need 28. I have paid up to 28! I'm tired of it. I take a taxi, go to the main office of Tez Tour with a child and there they tell me that By law, they can’t put me on a charter flight, only on a regular flight (and it costs 3 times more) - my visa has expired. The visa is valid for only 30 days and then it needs to be extended, but there are no more tickets. It’s easier to take from St. Petersburg. I’m calling explain the situation to him. On February 27 (there wasn’t on February 28) for a charter for 9.000 rubles. he is warned.
Then I went to Tez Tour and said that I had a problem with a visa and why didn’t they tell me? They told me, so what? Just pay the fine at the airport and that’s it.
I say, but how will I fly away? They won’t put me on a charter! They tell me, we’ll put you, don’t worry. . Spent half a day. They gave me a stamp for free and that's it.
I returned the money for the extra day for 2 weeks, although the manager said that there would be no problems...
When I left, no one went with me, although they promised me that they would go with me, they would agree to put us in, they would give me a paper with a seal that I was in this hotel. I stood at the reception for half an hour, called a taxi, arrived, Everything went smoothly. The border guard saw my stamp, looked at me, at the child and let us through - no problem - thank God!

THIS HOTEL IS A VERY DIRTY SEA. FROM YACHTS AND BOATS GARBAGE IS DISAPPEARED DIRECTLY INTO THE SEA and it all floats there. The water is muddy and you swim in a mountain of garbage.
From flies and mosquitoes, no one treats the hotel with smoke and therefore there is no salvation from them at all!
I stayed there for 2 months and realized that everyone works in shifts, that is, cleaners and managers and cooks and waiters change, but nothing has changed, they didn’t cook better, they treated requests the same way.
But what changed was the contingent, then there was no one, then only the Germans came, and then only the Russians, so to say that this is a German hotel or Russian, you can’t guess.
The fact that I had to go through these unpleasant moments didn’t really upset me because I had already stopped expecting normal service from Egypt and I go there only because it’s cheap, it’s not far to fly and it’s warm in winter.
Arriving in St. Petersburg and seeing the snow, I immediately wanted to go back. I don’t regret the rest.
For myself, I now decided to go ONLY TO AZUR, but next year I would like to rent a villa there for a couple of months. It costs only $ 500 per month on the seashore. than we have in St. Petersburg. The most important thing is the sun and the sea in the middle of winter!
