Went with a friend and her son - 7 years old.
I am in Egypt for the third time, and my friend is the first. At the same time, both she and I liked it very much.
We chose the hotel based on the reviews and we were not mistaken. The hotel met all our expectations.
They flew there with the Atlant-Soyuz airline. I can't say anything bad about the airline, but nothing good either. Average. The main thing is that they arrived safely and on time.

We arrived at the hotel around 16-30, filled out the forms and we were immediately settled. I immediately asked for a room not on the ground floor, in the end we were given a room on the 3rd floor - 6338. The room is not very large (especially considering that they put an extra bed for a child). The room is cozy and clean, everything you need was there, everything worked, cold and hot water was without interruption. The balcony overlooked a small pool. We were satisfied. Although I previously said at the reception that if you don’t like it, we will come to change it. But they didn't.
The room was cleaned every day.
When we forgot beach towels in the room, they made wonderful swans out of them. The only negative is that in the middle of the rest, mosquitoes appeared in the room, it's good that a friend gave us a fumigator, otherwise it would be hard. So who will go - be sure to take the fumigator with you, it will come in handy.

The food was good enough for us. Since there were 4 restaurants, you could always choose something to your liking. I usually took diet meals, vegetables, fruits and something sweet. Compared to the hotels in which I was before, the kitchen is very decent, there was always enough food for everyone (which cannot be said about the Jasmine Village hotel, to which we moved 2 days before departure due to the fact that we could not coordinate flights from Moscow to our city and had to extend their stay in Egypt at the last moment, but there were no more places in Vista).
Mostly I had to entertain myself myself, so the hotel is not suitable for those who are used to a fun holiday and expect super-groovy animation). But we did not get bored - the child danced with the French children and even sang a song about aqua-vista (even now at home he sings it from time to time). Animation in the hotel, as many have written before, is designed for the French, so we do not understand. But the animators are friendly. When I greeted them in French, they happily answered, it’s a pity that due to ignorance of this language it was not necessary to communicate deeper. But we went to the animation at a nearby hotel - Aqua Blue - there is a Russian-speaking animator. Very cool spent water aerobics and dancing near the pool. Evening animation was seen only 2 times, because due to the time difference (+6 hours with Egyptian time), we went to bed early. other entertainment - played mini-golf, big chess and once boccia.

Also, in order not to get bored, they tried to alternate holidays at the sea and near the pool. There were always a few people near the pool, so you could lie there calmly. The only downside is the rather cold water in the pool.
By the sea, on the contrary, there are always a lot of people, because of this it is difficult to find a free sunbed. To get out of this situation, we went to a part of the Albatros Palace beach several times - and in order not to be kicked out, we took off our bracelets and there were no problems. And several times we went to our beach on the left (there is something like a wild beach at the very end) - there I really liked the sandy entry into the sea. The water is warm, just gorgeous, I didn’t even want to go ashore!
The second line did not bother us much - sometimes we went to the sea on foot, but we always returned by bus, the bus ran often, there were always places.
We went 2 times to the city - 1 time with a free tour, which we won from Tez Tour, and the second time ourselves - we didn’t like it very much because of the stuffiness and noise. A couple of times we went to the supermarket, where I bought fruits that were not given at the hotel. We also went to the Cleopatra Gift Shop - not far from the hotel for a thousand and one nights - there are fixed prices, so it seemed to us that it was more convenient to buy souvenirs in it.

We tried not to focus on minor flaws, which is why we liked everything!

I would very much like to go again. And if possible, we will definitely return to this hotel!
