Let's start with the fact that we got an excellent tour operator, many thanks to TUI. So, from the beginning. We arrived at the hotel early, around 8.00-8.30 am. At the entrance, animators met with crackers, inside they immediately put on bracelets, while filling out the documents they brought juice and cookies, it's nice. Having filled out the questionnaire, they immediately sent us for breakfast, warning that the rooms would definitely be from 14.00. But they settled us at 10.30. According to the numbers - we got already tired rooms that need cosmetic repairs. If you're looking for rose petals and towel swans, this isn't Aqva Vista. The dollar does not affect the cleaning in any way, that with it, that without it, the cleaning is so-so, leaves much to be desired, we then wiped the dust ourselves. The cosmetic set was on arrival, and it was not replenished more in 7 days, despite the fact that it ended on 3-4 days.
Regarding money - they didn’t ask anything at the reception, they settled without money, they left a tip, but at their own request. With regards to food: breakfast for 7 days did not change terribly monotonous. You will not go hungry, but it is also problematic to choose something. Lunch is a little better, but also not so hot. But dinner is excellent, a lot of things, eyes run wide. Most of all, the most delicious were grilled dishes and meat in general, if you hope to come to the hotel and eat seafood for lunch and dinner, then alas, not here, in 7 days there were only 2 shrimp and then not very tasty. Summing up, we can say that you won’t stay hungry, but you can shout wow only at dinner, and even then not always. As a gift from TUI, we had 1 free visit to the a la carte fish restaurant, and it really is very tasty there.
Regarding tourists, most Ukrainians and Germans, and the latter rested only in a hotel near heated pools, but Ukrainians froze at sea, since the water in Hurghada is 20 degrees maximum, if you are going for corals, then you are not here for sure. On the territory of the hotel, it is Acva Vita that has two heated pools at the bottom and on the roof of the Red Sky bar, the water is warm - 29 degrees, for 7 days we didn’t get to the water park, that we won’t come, it didn’t work, children’s slides, yes, but there are no adults.
As for the bars, there is a choice, they pour normally without question, but the cocktail menu is weak. Best done in the lobby bar. On the beach, alcohol is very weak and you need to walk on your own. In the hotel itself, the attitude towards the Germans is very reverent compared to the attitude towards the Ukrainians, but still very positive. In general, the most beautiful thing about the hotel is the staff, the people themselves are very friendly, smiling and very optimistic. The animation in the hotel is good, the girls and guys are trying so that no one gets bored. The territory of the hotel is large due to the fact that on one side there are three albotras in a row and on the other side two more nearby, there is where to take a walk, but everything is of the same type.
We went on two excursions during the rest: 1) El Gouna (this is a complex one), the cost of $ 60 per one was not impressive, but 2) a quad bike safari - $ 25 - I liked it very much, we will still go.
In general, the impression of the hotel is good, but there is not much desire to return.
