The four of us rested in this hotel from November 1st to 9th! The hotel is truly fabulous! But as usual there is a fly in the ointment. But first things first. Teztour disappointed us on this trip. First, our flight was postponed for 3 hours, and at the airport, without any explanation, the flight was delayed for another 2.5 hours. True, upon arrival everything was very prompt, we didn’t expect anything anywhere, we almost immediately went to the hotel, and there were tourists from only 3 hotels in our bus, so we didn’t ride all over Hurghada. But anyway, we got to the hotel itself in the evening, tired and angry. Although they were impressed by the beauty from the first moment: a beautiful entrance, a rich hall, a large and beautiful territory, a chic pool....
We were met and taken to a cozy bar, where we were waiting for check-in, very convenient, no one crowds near the reception. Gave 10 dollars. per room - we were placed nearby on the 1st floor in rooms overlooking the pool closer to the sea! The rooms are spacious - in addition to 2 very comfortable beds, there is also a cozy sofa. The room has a plasma TV with 4 Russian channels, a minibar with water and a large bathroom. Everything is new and beautiful. I especially liked the fact that the rooms, and the hotel itself, are made in Arabic style.
The hotel has 4 restaurants, only one is open for lunch, and all for breakfast and dinner. There are also cafes and bars. By the way, we never visited all of them. They cook a lot and tasty, however, a little monotonous, although for 9 days it has not become boring.

The pool is very beautiful, but the water is cold... we never got into the jacuzzi.
The sea is excellent - the water is clean and very warm. True, we did not swim on the beach of our hotel - it was annoying that we had to go to a depth of 200-250 meters and all the time knee-deep. On the first day, we went to the territory of the neighboring Beach Albatros (they have a common territory), where the beach is much more convenient, although there are more people, so before breakfast we went to take sun loungers.
Now about the cons - terribly disappointed with the hotel guides Teztura (Amr and Oksana). No issues can be resolved with them, a blank look and complete indifference to tourists. Tours are a separate issue altogether. We went on an excursion to the bathyscaphe - all our friends praised it. It would really have been great if Teztour had not taken us to look at the underwater world in a storm, in addition to muddy water, we also got an hour and a half of terrible pitching !! ! More than half of the group felt bad - no one warned us about this and did not reschedule the tour for another day. As a result, instead of contemplating the underwater world, we got an hour and a half of nausea for $ 45 !!! ! And our hotel guides were only rude to our indignation about this! Friends were going to go to Israel - they paid for the tour, but they didn’t get anywhere, there were no places. But the money back from our guides was almost knocked out (they demanded to give them the original receipt - and the money will be brought the next (! ) Day. And then prove that you paid them (money) at all !!!! ) But about trips to Luxor we have nothing but delight - everything is super, thanks to our guide Aziz!! ! We recommend to everyone!
Another disappointment is the animation, which is very weak compared to the Turkish one, not interesting evening shows, and the guys themselves are somehow no! But we found an alternative to evening shows - we went to the city. We recommend everyone to go to the old city - Dahar. We were there three times, we were in the new city (Sakala). But the old city is much more interesting - colorful, and souvenirs and purchases are cheaper than in the new one. From the hotel you can take a taxi, to the new city - $ 10-12 to the old $ 12-15 - as agreed; )

But despite all the disadvantages, the rest was a success - everyone is happy, rested and tanned, trying to get involved in the work!
I recommend this hotel or the neighboring one to everyone! Have a wonderful holiday and unforgettable memories!
