Отличный отдых в замечательном отеле Great stay in a wonderful hotel

Rested with two families with children 4 and 9 years old. Settled quickly. They immediately put on bracelets and offered to have breakfast while the room was being prepared. This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. Last time we rested here in 2014 and over these 4 years the hotel has only improved. We really liked him then, it's nice that we weren't disappointed this time either. Very clean, green, well-groomed territory, constantly washing, cleaning, watering something. The rooms are not shabby, everything worked, clean, beautiful, no complaints. There are Russian and Ukrainian channels on TV. The staff is friendly and everyone makes you smile. There are Russian speakers at the reception and even the cleaner in the room also speaks Russian. Catering for every taste, from 6 restaurants you will definitely find something for yourself and you will not stay hungry. There is a children's menu, although it is monotonous, mashed potatoes, french fries and pasta for garnish and meatballs or meat chicken, well, steamed zucchini and carrots. Near the pool there is a bar where they bake donuts and pancakes with various toppings and toppings, in the bar on the beach there are french fries, salads, hamburgers, pasta and drinks. There is even a late dinner in the restaurant from 22:00 to 00:00 at night. Ice cream all day and fresh juices (orange and guava only). Alcoholic drinks are acceptable, beer is tastier from bottles, not from a tap, of course, it cannot be compared with ours, but you can drink it. Cocktails tasted better at the pool bar than on the beach. The animation is unobtrusive, no one pulls by the hand, great fun guys. Everything is standard: beach volleyball, belly dance, bocha, table tennis, aqua aerobics. A wonderful Kinder club in which Russian-speaking animator Irina from Ukraine glues, sculpts, draws, plays with children. They even baked pizza once. My daughter is 4 years old, she is delighted and constantly asked to go there. Also a nine-year-old godson, he also had something to do there. Kinder club worked from 10:30 to 12:30 and then from 15.00 to 17.00, Sunday is a day off. Every evening different shows for adults, for 2 weeks it has never happened again. On the terrace in front of the reception there is live music every evening. Not every hotel provides that kind of entertainment. For comparison, in the neighboring four Albatros Beach after sunset, silence and boredom.
We paid extra for a room with a view of the pool, since we are the second time in this hotel, they gave us a 50% discount.
The kids pool is heated and the few slides in the kids pool are enough for kids under 10 to have fun. The hotel is a solid five, because we rested in the four, there is something to compare with. The guys with whom we met, one and the second, said that this hotel is the best among those in which they had previously rested.

Wi-Fi worked with varying degrees of success, sometimes excellent, sometimes interruptions, better in the hotel lobby, a little worse in the room, but it was always there.
The only minus I can attribute is the lack of a good entry into the sea, although if you don’t reach the end of the pontoon, you can go down directly to the sand, it’s not deep there and you can swim. Our children aged 4 and 9 swam there. If you are flying with very young children, a year or two, you can play right on the shore on the sand in the water, it is shallow there. There are several coral reefs, more or less picturesque straight ahead and slightly to the right of the pontoon. In Egypt, good beaches are generally tight. So the minus of the beach overlaps all the other pluses of the hotel.
With us, the 3rd floor was being completed above the terrace in front of the reception, the construction noise was breaking a little, but they should finish before the new year. There is a clinic on the territory of the hotel, an English-speaking doctor, but there is a pharmacy in front of the hotel and they speak Russian there, so you can explain what you need. My daughter got sick, naturally a huge first-aid kit was brought from home, but according to the law of meanness, I didn’t bring what I needed with me. The pharmacy didn’t have the necessary drug, they brought it to me on order for the evening, I also consider this a plus.
The hotel is 90% filled with Germans, some Ukrainians, Slovaks.
In general, I recommend the hotel! 100% suitable for families with children.
By the way, the guests of our hotel can use the neighboring water park of the four and their beach, but they do not even have the right to enter our territory.
