Constant problems with the settlement, we were settled for a day and a half, for 12 people, on the first evening of arrival we were given only three rooms!!!!! ! During the entire stay, we observed the maneuvering of guests with suitcases between rooms.
The rooms are dirty, they clean very poorly, even with a tip, they left us dirty towels twice, the floors are not washed at all.
The attitude of the staff is disrespectful and boorish!!! ! They grimacing in the face, bypass even when you ask to come up until you pay a tip. Get ready that in addition to paying for hotel accommodation (and the amount is rather big), you will need a round sum of money for tips. When checking out, which took place at 5-30 in the morning, we were not even prepared breakfast to go, although we had small children with us.

The beach is not very convenient, in order to swim normally, you need to walk long enough ON THE MODULAR PONTOON, which is very unstable and slippery, and in the presence of waves and wind it is also dangerous, so we often went to the beach of the neighboring hotel !! ! The food is monotonous and not very tasty, for such a hotel the kitchen is very weak.
The only thing that pleased was the animation and the beautiful territory.
