We rested in Albatros Palace from December 15-29.2010. We were accommodated promptly, we really liked the staff at the reception and the helpful girl Valeria, an employee of the hotel. In general, the service is decent - polite, helpful and very efficient young people. Magnificent territory, not very green, because the hotel is still new, huge with well-groomed lawns, which are pleasant to walk barefoot on. Large pools, but not deep, for an adult of average height, about chest deep. I was pleased with the warm pool, most often we swam in it, especially after dinner. There is a spa, ordered a couple of massages - very good. Our kid (5 years old) went to the kids club with pleasure, as well as to the mini disco, they pleased both our son and us playgrounds and towns conveniently located throughout the hotel. Not far from the hotel there is a large Senzo store, where you can buy inexpensive fruits, yogurts, normal, very tasty juices (our whole family especially liked mango, guava and cocktails from a mixture of fruits like mango + orange), sweets and other products, there there are several boutiques with clothes and accessories, a mini children's amusement park, our son really liked to play there. We were given a very nice room, spacious, modernly equipped, with a plasma TV. There are 2 1.5 liter bottles of water in the minibar. There are animators, but there is no animation. The hotel is on the first line - very convenient, but the beach did not like - shallow and stones, when the tide is out you have to go long (500 meters) to the depth in order to swim normally. There is a plastic pontoon with sun loungers on it, in December it was not hot, there was no sun, we often sunbathed there (when there was no strong wind), but in summer, I think, it is not comfortable there without awnings. The beach itself is quite spacious, there was enough space for everyone. The food is not varied, there were always meat, chicken and fish, but we did not see seafood. The food is ordinary, no frills, dishes are repeated every day. Loved the fresh baked goods for breakfast. In the evening they make meat and vegetables on the grill. I was surprised that in a 5 * hotel there are no juices at least packaged, they offer something like yupi, all drinks (including alcoholic ones) are served only in the main building at the bar - this is very inconvenient. . The hotel in general is not bad, but I think next time we will go somewhere else.
