We chose this hotel based on reviews and I can say that all the good things turned out to be true. It was our first time in Egypt and we were very satisfied. We were seated pretty quickly. They offered to pay extra for a room with a view, we refused and lost nothing. The room is good, everything is in working order. Cleaned up regularly. The boy tried very hard, even put all the jars in a row. Gave a couple of tips, but even without them everything was fine. The food is wonderful. Here they really experienced for themselves that a lot is good, also bad. During the entire vacation, we never experienced a feeling of hunger, which certainly prevented us from enjoying the food to the fullest. We dined mainly in a Mediterranean restaurant, but the most homely and familiar food, in my opinion, was in German. Divine croissants were baked every day. Of course the coffee is great in the coffee shop to the right of the main entrance. There was a lot of meat, fish, vegetables, few fruits, as for the season, they hardly ate sweets, so they tried something once. Everything is fresh and tasty. The staff tried hard, some especially nice. Thanks for their efforts. It is a pity that you can not express your gratitude to people in person. The territory is beautiful, clean, green. The sunbeds near the pool were all occupied already at 8, but we rested near the sea, and there was plenty of space. One minus, there are ashtrays everywhere, and since we are non-smokers, this was a significant inconvenience. I think it would be nice to somehow separate the area for smokers. And then, not only adults, but also children at children's events were drowning in clouds of smoke. The same applies to restaurants, they didn’t smoke only indoors, but I really wanted to sit outside in the evening, but alas. Well, and most importantly, for the sake of which they actually went - the sea. Right next to the pontoon, reefs are located one after the other. Near each of their fish, scary, such as moray eels and stingrays, they did not see, but there were a lot of colorful and diverse shapes, they were overjoyed. On the Red Sea for the first time and the water in it, well, very salty. But on the second day it was already easier. For the first time on the sea, the surf was not heard at all, it was so strange. Of the guests, more than half of the Germans, then the former USSR. The Germans were pleasantly struck by their humanity, if I may say so. In short, very nice and friendly people. . Of course, all people are the same, but as a generality, some trends can still be traced. Animation, as for me, is pretty monotonous. We did not need it, but those who used it were satisfied, and this is the main thing. A little pestered with paid services. We made a mistake and said, so as not to offend people, what do we think, but it turns out that if you don’t need services or don’t want to continue long negotiations, it’s better to say no right away and disperse. And in general, do not rush with shopping, massages, get comfortable for a couple of days, otherwise they press until the person understands what's what. By the way, all services are offered by tenants, not hotel employees, so in case of conflicts with them, the hotel is not responsible. We thought that a week was a very short time, but it turned out to be enough, because we really rested one hundred percent. The rest was wonderful. If it were more affordable, then we would go again, and so, most likely, we will look for something new at another resort. But we recommend this hotel to everyone who thinks about it. We are very satisfied.
