I want to share my impressions about this wonderful hotel! Rested with my husband from 11/24/2013 to 12/02/13. Although I am picky, this hotel made an indelible impression on me. The move in went great. . . very friendly staff. The room was up to par too. The furniture is modern, everything is clean and tidy. We chose a pool view room in the heart of the hotel. True, they paid $ 80 for 8 days, but it was worth it. Indescribable beauty. The territory of the hotel simply charmed with its beauty and original design. And most importantly, the cleanliness was simply amazing, you will not see dust particles anywhere, the bushes and grass are cut every day, the landscape is excellent, the floor near the pool is tiled and is constantly washed several times a day, the filters in the pool were changed several times a day. Immediately visible. that the entire territory of the hotel is thought out to the smallest detail and made with love! Food and alcohol are just a shaft, for every taste. 6 restaurants with great food and drink. The only thing is to leave a dollar tip to the waiters or how much you don’t mind, they will serve you at the highest level! We also left a dollar for cleaning the room, but we always had cleanliness and order, and everything in the bar was what we wanted. As for the waiters, we really liked Mahmud in the Italian restaurant, we highly recommend it to everyone. We were also very lucky with the guide Hassan, he is just super, a wonderful person. He did an excellent job! The staff at the reception and in the hotel made an excellent impression. Everyone is so friendly and polite, always smiling, will help in any situation. It was extremely pleasant to communicate with them, we really lack such people in our metropolis life. THE MAIN THING. DO NOT TAKE A TAXI FROM THE STREET, BUT TAKE IT AT THE RECEPTION! It's safe! Otherwise, your vacation will turn into a nightmare. We experienced it ourselves, the taxi drivers are just mad savages! Well, in general, we rested in body and soul!! ! We didn’t want to leave at all and say goodbye to our beloved staff too))) be friendly and you will be very satisfied with your vacation!! !
