And in no case do not offer money for this resettlement! Don't worry, you've paid for everything! If you offer money, they will ask you to pay even more.
So, you demand a number, in which case you can call the general manager, I didn’t get to that, fortunately. They immediately apologized to me, brought fruit to the room : ) and moved me to the main building in an excellent room) I gave the bag porter $ 2 for this (voluntary business) - to which he was very happy and helped me in every possible way for the rest of the rest. For them, this is a lot of money.
The hotel area is large, the entrance to the sea is perfect (sand), the animation is amazing - I danced salsa on the shore, did exercises every morning, played beach volleyball, darts and did aqua aerobics. In the evening - an unobtrusive disco. The hotel is not far from the city, you can take a taxi for $ 2 (haggle, $ 2 is the best price !! ) and take a walk. Everything is cheaper in the city than in the shops in the hotel.

The staff is friendly, the food was ok. Of course, not enough fruit, but for 4 * - quite acceptable. The room was cleaned every day. In general, I did not want to leave : ) I recommend to everyone)
