This was our first all inclusive in Hurghada. And as for the first time, in my opinion, a very good hotel. The Egyptians are a very peculiar people in their mentality. But inside the hotel they did a quality job and provided good service.
The first major drawback for those who like rooms with sea views. I’ll note right away - as such, there really isn’t. There are a couple of large family rooms that directly overlook the sea, but I repeat a couple of them and they are the best rooms. In fact, the hotel has two types of rooms: pool view - the vast majority of rooms and garden view - rooms on the first floors, where you can enter directly from the balcony. It makes no sense to overpay for rooms. The hotel is a letter "P", inside which there are swimming pools, bars, children's slides.
The next thing that confused me was the tip. Leaving for tea or not is your own business of course. But if you're going to do this, remember - it's better to keep it to a minimum, but longer than throw in 5-10 bucks and score. It is better to have cash for 1-2 dollars in advance and give it better where it can really play a role - for example, when cleaning. If you consistently leave a dollar or two after cleaning, your room will receive increased attention. And the cleaner will be kind and helpful. Perhaps I am writing obvious things, but I did not know this and perhaps this will also be useful.

Well, the last of the unpleasant - at night they leave a minimum of air conditioners at the reception and because of this it is very stuffy. And if you have a night departure / arrival, it will cause discomfort.
Everything else is at a quite good level - food, pools, clean beach, cozy and good rooms.
