КОШМАР NIGHTMARE

We rested in Le Roi from 14.10-21.10. 09. The hotel is one continuous problem: the food is not only terrible and very spicy, it is also very few, who will be the first to snatch at least something, they are lucky. Lunch and dinner never was not on time. Could bring 1.5 hours later!! ! And no ads! After talking with the general director, they began to write ads, but the service did not improve, or rather it is completely absent there! hard-stones, rubbish floats... "Bus" takes you from the hotel to the beach at 9:00 and 11:00, picks you up at 14:00. "Bus" is a minibus for 8 people, if you're lucky, you can drive by yourself - 5 minutes by minibus (1 pound per person) or taxi (1 dollar). The hotel staff does not speak English, everyone is freezing! When I asked for a book of reviews at the reception, the girl (who would doubt) did not found the mobile general and she did not know him, although he was at the hotel!! ! and I did find it. There was almost never water in the hotel, hot water was turned on only 2 times a week. The pool is "Soviet", a little garbage floats, the tiles are covered with mud. .
The location of the hotel is bad because near the road, the cars rush like crazy and from the angle you can’t see whether they are driving or not, there is no zebra in front of the hotel entrance.
It was difficult for me to sleep in the hotel, because the music from the disco on the 1st floor of the hotel (for local Arabs) bawled until the morning.

Excursions -2 times I tried to go to Luxor, I bought tickets in different companies, but still I got on the same green bus that carries illegally to Luxor. From 3:15 a. m. to 12:00 p. m. , we were taken to Luxor, changing buses and hiding from the police, brought to the hotel as early as 23:30. Of course, we didn’t manage to see everything and 9 hours on the bus, who needs it, if It takes 3.5 hours to drive to Luxor! In general, I later returned the money, made a scandal to them and said that I would go to the police (I took a picture of the bus number). Travel agency - Ultra tours, although I bought the entire bus from different companies (from 40 dollars to 60 euros)
In general, somehow the impression of Hurghada is that everyone is trying to deceive you... or is it against the backdrop of the hotel that our whole holiday was not successful...
