At the beginning of our stay, there were only Germans in the hotel. The Russians only stopped at the end. To foreigners (in our case, to the Germans), the attitude of the staff is good, because they give tips : ) We gave one time - and it immediately became the same for us) So the main thing is not to ask questions and behave like human beings.
Our room was 139 in building B with access to the second pool. Wonderful, quiet building. Restaurants and reception are not far away. At the entrance, the air conditioner did not work, but our complaint was immediately responded to, and we were happy)
The food is good and varied. Never got poisoned. The only downside is no fresh juices.
I did not like the hotel only animation in the evenings. But that's not the point. )
So everyone have a great holiday in this hotel! )))) We will be happy to return there more than once!
