Rested with my husband in late November to December. The hotel is wonderful! Fully agree with the positive reviews. But I would like to share a terrifying impression of the airport in Hurghada. Why no one wrote I do not understand. Upon arrival at the airport, we were met by screaming people with signs of tour operators. I pulled my husband to them, but he had already traveled many times (he was more experienced) and stopped me. It turns out that we need to go to a huge queue, it becomes a mess, and people with signs wanted 30 dollars. to skip the line. Okay, we stood in line at the Intourist counter and they took away our guest list instead of 15 dollars. they took 17 dollars per person (as it turned out, we paid for the visa, then I found out that they take 20 dollars instead of the prescribed 15 dollars). But after one queue and a swindle, it turns out that we had to stand in a steeper queue so that we were given an already paid visa. I have never seen such a thing! From the racks of different tour operators formed one queue! All this queue was served by only one Arab. He sat in a transparent booth and put a visa without even looking at the tourists (without passport control). In addition, this Arab put a visa out of line for those who paid $ 30. A crowd of citizens of different countries and different ages stood in one heap. And we, together with the whole crowd, stood for more than one hour, and finally we got this long-awaited visa. Already thought to relax, but alas! again the queue - they checked the visa in the passport. Well, everything, we think the suitcase in hand and run. But alas. It was not so easy to get your things here! The suitcases on the conveyor were not from our two flights indicated on the scoreboard. People stood and waited for ours to arrive. Then the crowd began to throw their suitcases on the floor and scream in panic. Not a single person received their suitcase while suitcases from another flight were spinning on the conveyor. We were exhausted. And we arrived at the hotel not at the scheduled 14 hours of their time, but at 19 o'clock hungry and tired.
And the hotel is like in the picture - the beautiful city of Aladdin. It consists of white arches and low stairs and it seems that there is no one else in the hotel except us. That was the first impression. A beautiful flowering plant that grows only in Egypt - a weed beautifully wraps around the hotel building. Lots of greenery. Everything is clean in the room and on the territory of the hotel. Quiet!
We were hungry. With difficulty found a restaurant, because. in numerous arches you can get confused. But this search gave me pleasure from exploring the area. The hotel has many restaurants and bars: you can eat and drink around the clock. The sun was already hiding after 16:00 and at 5:00 in the evening you can move from the sunbed to the pool - there is delicious pizza from 15.00 to 18.00. There are three beaches, one with sand (there are small pebbles) is not very convenient, but from it you can swim to a mini island of stones. Another beach next to the previous one with stairs - I liked it more. The third beach near the boats is small and ugly. And next to this beach they distribute masks and flippers for lovers of the underwater world and a separate entrance to the sea. We loved to pick up rolls in the dining room and feed the fish. She is beautiful and varied. I really liked breakfast and lunch at the Grill restaurant, and dinner at Obba. Very tasty buns and cakes! I didn’t follow the figure, and my husband didn’t understand how so much fit into me. The food is always varied and delicious. We tried beer in Berlin Keller very much. Most of the hotel residents are Germans. Sometimes they like to make noise. Arabs from the staff are very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and always say hello! One really annoying one constantly shook hands, I had to become his sister, and my husband's brother. True, he did not belong to the staff, but sold something by the pool. Complete relaxation during the day by the sea, and in the room we are waiting for beautiful swans from our colored towels or rose petals beautifully laid on the bed. Moreover, we left the dollar to the cleaner once. We were settled in Building A in room 243, it was very nice there and the music from the nearest disco was quiet and did not bother at all, especially since it did not last long. The room is always clean and there is clean bottled water. When you check out your towels at night, make sure your room is crossed off the list, they sometimes don't check off to get a $2 fine. for towels.

I would like to warn you - when leaving for the city or on an excursion, always change the currency to their pounds (the bank at the hotel does not work only on Friday), otherwise you will never get change. I do not advise buying souvenirs in the markets and from merchants, they will deceive and sell more expensive. It is better to choose stores with fixed prices. For example, we were in Cleopatra. Don't book a taxi at the hotel - it's expensive. You can for only 10 L. E. (1 dollar = 5.778 pounds in the bank), i. e. less than two dollars, across the road from the hotel to catch a taxi to Cleopatra. There you will find fruits and oils and plates, pyramids, papyri, magnets, etc. And on the tour, if the guide offers you yellow and hibiscus tea, then be sure to take it (we paid $ 10 per kilo of each type of tea).
The hotel guide Ahmed (who speaks excellent Russian) was the first assistant not only during the first acquaintance with the hotel and the choice of excursions, but also warned against possible inconveniences outside the hotel. All staff speak Russian worse than German and English. You need to know a little foreign language so that they understand you. I liked the hotel very much and I recommend it!
