We had a family vacation at the hotel for the New Year holidays from 12/30/2016 - 01/08/2017. My review will not be positive, rather more instructive to convey information to the hotel management.
The Albatros Aqua park hotel is declared as 4+, but this is far from being the case. Maybe in the past, 10 years ago it was a luxury hotel, but now. . .
1. Furniture and appliances in the room require significant renovation.
2. Bed and towels are very worn, gray in color.
3.70% of the staff are always very gloomy. Friendly smiles Nobody canceled : )
4. Animation for kids is very weak, to be precise, it does not exist at all. There is a special house for children on the territory, but it was constantly closed.
5. Strain constantly idly staggering "Offers" of excursions and services.
6. The restaurant has a gloomy gray look. Constant draft. Dishes are old and broken. I was surprised by the appearance of decorations from vegetables wrapped in cling film.
7. Did not like the "Compulsory" payment of the New Year's holiday, which we did not attend.

1. Large with lots of greenery, well-groomed area.
2. Excellent Aqua zone, slides, pools, everything works at a high level. Lifeguards are great at the pools
3. Nice sandy beach. Comfortable beds.
